【摘要】：以BioWin污水廠仿真模擬軟件的AS-DM模型為平臺,建立了西安某污水廠Carrousel氧化溝工藝仿真模型,對模型進行校準并探討了污泥負荷率對去除COD、氨氮、總氮和總磷的影響。結(jié)果表明,出水COD受污泥負荷率的影響較小,而氨氮、總氮和總磷的去除率受污泥負荷率的影響較大,隨污泥負荷率的增大呈先上升后降低的趨勢。碳源不足對去除TN和總磷的影響均較大。Carrousel氧化溝工藝最適宜的污泥負荷率為0.065~0.070 kg BOD5/(kg MLSS·d)。
[Abstract]:In BioWin sewage treatment plant simulation AS-DM model software as a platform, the establishment of the Xi'an sewage plant simulation of Carrousel oxidation ditch process model to calibrate the model and discusses the sludge loading rate on the removal of COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus effect. The results showed that the effluent COD affected the sludge loading rate is smaller, and the ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus removal rate is affected by the sludge loading rate is larger, with the increase of sludge loading rate was first increased and then decreased. The lack of carbon source sludge load on the removal of TN and total phosphorus were higher.Carrousel oxidation ditch process the optimum rate of 0.065~0.070 kg BOD5/ (kg MLSS d).
