【摘要】:污水處理廠是污水排放后,達到環(huán)境保護要求的重要保障。如何使電氣專業(yè)在污水處理廠中更科學、更高效、更安全、發(fā)揮更大的作用,是國家保證污水處理行業(yè)電氣專業(yè)需要研究的重要課題。同時,在城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的今天,污水處理廠已經(jīng)越來越多的在大中小城市中建設(shè),越來越多的污水處理廠發(fā)揮著處理污水的作用,對生活污水及工業(yè)污水的處理達到了很好的效果,通過處理的污水排入河流后,沒有對環(huán)境造成影響,對我們的生活環(huán)境起到了很好的保護作用,也積極響應(yīng)節(jié)能減排的政策方針。污水處理廠中的電氣專業(yè)起到了舉足輕重的地位,保證了污水處理廠的安全運行,實現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代化的控制,保證了相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的精準測量。污水處理廠施工中電氣專業(yè)需要編制施工工期、施工組織方案、施工安裝工藝等施工必須編制的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。只有這樣,才有利于提高污水處理廠的安全運行及長期運行。降低人力和物力等基本成本,才能用最合理的方式讓污水處理廠長期的運行。首先,緒論里先介紹課題背景、污水處理廠的重要性、施工需要注意的方面以及課題選擇的資料介紹。通過簡單介紹電氣設(shè)計在污水處理廠的重要性和污水廠電氣施工的相關(guān)方面以及選擇具體案例,簡單介紹了一下案例的相關(guān)資料背景。其次,通過具體項目的介紹,展開對于項目的電氣設(shè)計方面的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,如規(guī)范參照、供電情況、線纜選擇等。并且根據(jù)水廠規(guī)模提供水廠供電計算書及相關(guān)的電氣、自控、儀表的設(shè)備材料清單,通過計算書及設(shè)備材料清單,對污水廠內(nèi)相關(guān)的設(shè)計內(nèi)容有了更深一步的了解。再次,介紹施工方面的電氣安裝的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,施工組織設(shè)計、編制施工工期、施工方案等內(nèi)容以及列舉相關(guān)施工安裝步驟,闡明污水處理廠電氣安裝的相關(guān)問題。最后,通過從設(shè)計及施工兩方面的分析和描述對污水處理廠電氣工程方面進行相關(guān)的總結(jié)。
