【摘要】：堅持綠色發(fā)展是全面推進生態(tài)文明建設的必然選擇和生態(tài)動力。合理、深入地推進綠色發(fā)展理念,要準確地把握綠色理念的科學規(guī)定性,避免理解上的誤區(qū):綠色理念的核心是以符合生態(tài)需要的方式改造外部自然而不是回歸純粹自然形成的生態(tài)狀況,無論是從自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)與人的生存需要之間的關系來說還是從人的存在方式來說,都不能把堅持綠色理念與人對自然的改造對立起來;堅持綠色發(fā)展理念的根本立足點在于推動生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展,"綠色"是對具體發(fā)展方式的規(guī)定,"發(fā)展"則是踐行綠色理念時必須要達到的目標;在生態(tài)建設與社會主義的關系上,綠色發(fā)展是社會主義建設的根本要求,但不是社會主義獨有的規(guī)定性,不能在社會主義本質規(guī)定的層次上來定位生態(tài)建設。
[Abstract]:Adhere to green development is the inevitable choice of ecological and promote the construction of ecological civilization. Reasonable, to further promote the idea of green development, scientific regulation to accurately grasp the concept of green, to avoid misunderstanding: the core concept of green ecological situation is to meet the ecological needs of the way to transform the external nature rather than return to a purely natural form whether it is, in terms of the relationship between natural ecosystems and human survival needs or from the way of human existence, to adhere to the green concept and transformation of human nature in opposition; adhere to the basic idea of green development foothold is to promote the development of productive forces, "green" is the specific provisions of the mode of development, "development" is the practice green ideas must reach the goal; in the relationship between ecological construction and socialism, green development is the fundamental of socialist construction The requirement, but not the unique character of socialism, can not locate the ecological construction at the level of the essence of socialism.
