【摘要】：隨著我國生態(tài)旅游的快速發(fā)展,森林公園也已成為游客熱衷的旅游目的地之一。但由于大規(guī)模人類活動的干擾和森林公園自身管理的滯后,也給森林公園的生態(tài)環(huán)境帶來了許多不利影響,制約著森林公園生態(tài)環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,因此必須加快森林公園生態(tài)安全的研究。已有的森林旅游環(huán)境影響評價研究基本是分析旅游活動對大氣、水體、植被、垃圾、噪聲、土壤、野生動物等各自然生態(tài)環(huán)境因子的影響和評價各自然生態(tài)環(huán)境因子所發(fā)生的變化。而很少有學(xué)者從旅游生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的整體安全出發(fā),從自然、經(jīng)濟、社會和文化等方面對旅游的影響進行綜合的評價�；诖�,本研究以定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合,理論研究與實證研究相結(jié)合,以海螺溝國家冰川森林公園為研究對象,對海螺溝國家冰川森林公園2013年生態(tài)安全狀況進行評價。(1)本文綜述了生態(tài)安全的概念及生態(tài)安全評價國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,探討了森林公園生態(tài)安全評價的理論基礎(chǔ)。在深入分析其他生態(tài)安全評價的理論基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合森林公園復(fù)合旅游生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的特性,從可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、環(huán)境影響評價理論、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論對森林公園生態(tài)安全評價的理論基礎(chǔ)予以了探討。(2)從海螺溝國家冰川森林公園的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)實際狀況出發(fā),在P-S-R框架模型的基礎(chǔ)上建立海螺溝國家冰川森林公園的生態(tài)安全評價指標(biāo)體系,并綜合運用頻度統(tǒng)計法、理論分析法和專家咨詢法,對初步形成的指標(biāo)體系進行審核。最終建立了包括當(dāng)?shù)鼐用袢丝谧匀辉鲩L率等26個指標(biāo)的海螺溝國家冰川森林公園生態(tài)安全評價指標(biāo)體系。(3)利用層次分析法得到各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,運用綜合指數(shù)法計算出海螺溝國家冰川森林公園生態(tài)安全綜合評價值,同時在分析現(xiàn)有生態(tài)安全評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了適合海螺溝國家冰川森林公園生態(tài)安全管理的具有實際操作性的生態(tài)安全評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及評價等級分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。(4)分析了影響海螺溝國家冰川森林公園生態(tài)安全的主要制約因素。通過綜合分析森林公園生態(tài)安全的主要影響因素及海螺溝國家冰川森林公園的主要特征,得出影響海螺溝國家冰川森林公園生態(tài)安全的主要制約因素分為自然因素和人為因素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出管理對策。研究結(jié)果表明：海螺溝國家冰川森林公園2013年的生態(tài)安全指數(shù)為0.8630,生態(tài)安全度較高,該森林公園處于較安全的狀態(tài),但同時也存在一些嚴(yán)重影響公園生態(tài)安全的因素,文章針對現(xiàn)存安全隱患提出了建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of ecotourism in China, forest parks have become one of the tourist destinations, but due to the disturbance of large-scale human activities and the lag of forest park management. It also brings many adverse effects to the ecological environment of the forest park, which restricts the sustainable development of the ecological environment of the forest park. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the study of ecological security of forest parks. The existing research on environmental impact assessment of forest tourism is to analyze the impact of tourism activities on the atmosphere, water, vegetation, garbage, noise, soil. The impact of wildlife and other natural ecological environmental factors and the evaluation of the changes of natural ecological environmental factors. But few scholars from the overall security of the tourism ecosystem, from the natural, economic. Social and cultural aspects of tourism impact comprehensive evaluation. Based on this, this study combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, theoretical research and empirical research. Taking Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park as the research object. The ecological security of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park in 2013 was evaluated. (1) this paper summarized the concept of ecological security and the current research situation of ecological security evaluation at home and abroad. This paper discusses the theoretical basis of ecological security assessment of forest parks. On the basis of in-depth analysis of other theories of ecological security assessment, combined with the characteristics of the compound tourism ecosystem of forest parks, the theory of sustainable development is discussed. Based on the theory of environmental impact assessment and ecosystem theory, this paper discusses the theoretical basis of ecological security assessment of forest parks. (2) starting from the actual situation of ecosystem in Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park. On the basis of P-S-R frame model, the ecological safety evaluation index system of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park is established, and the methods of frequency statistics, theoretical analysis and expert consultation are used synthetically. Finally, the ecological security evaluation index system of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park was established, which included 26 indexes, including the natural growth rate of local population, etc. The weight of each index is obtained by AHP. The comprehensive evaluation value of ecological security of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park was calculated by using the comprehensive index method, and based on the analysis of the existing ecological security evaluation criteria. This paper puts forward a practical and practical ecological security evaluation standard and evaluation grade classification standard for the ecological security management of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park, which is suitable for the ecological security management of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park. The main restricting factors of ecological security in Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park are analyzed. The main influencing factors and the main characteristics of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park are analyzed. The main factors that influence the ecological security of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park can be divided into natural factors and human factors. The results show that the ecological safety index of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park in 2013 is 0.8630 and the ecological security degree is high. The forest park is in a relatively safe state, but at the same time, there are some factors which seriously affect the ecological security of the park. The paper puts forward some suggestions for the existing hidden safety problems.
