【摘要】:Trichel脈沖為一種典型的負電暈放電電流形式。為了進一步研究Trichel脈沖放電特征,針對于其放電隨機性強、不利于對脈沖單體進行研究這一點,在空氣中室溫開放環(huán)境下,利用針-板電極結(jié)構(gòu)對負電暈放電特性進行了研究,采用統(tǒng)計學(xué)方法對其參數(shù)—脈沖上升沿時間、半波下降時間、脈沖幅值、脈沖頻率—進行概率分布分析。結(jié)果表明,在放電過程中,隨著電壓的上升,Trichel脈沖放電存在著模式轉(zhuǎn)變的過程,模式轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)生為一個連續(xù)過程;在該實驗條件下,模式轉(zhuǎn)變過程始于電壓值為-6.5 k V,止于電壓值為8 k V時;在模式轉(zhuǎn)變過程中,脈沖上升沿時間與半波下降時間幾乎不變,脈沖幅值改變。脈沖幅值出現(xiàn)大幅度跳變?yōu)榕袛嗄J睫D(zhuǎn)變的一個主要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Trichel pulse is a typical negative corona discharge current form. In order to further study the characteristics of Trichel pulse discharge, its discharge randomness is strong. It is not conducive to the study of pulse monomers. The characteristics of negative corona discharge are studied by using the needle plate electrode structure in the open environment at room temperature in the air. The probability distribution of parameters such as pulse rising edge time, half wave falling time, pulse amplitude and pulse frequency are analyzed by statistical method. The results show that the voltage increases with the discharge process. The mode change of Trichel pulse is a continuous process. Under the experimental conditions, the mode transition process begins with a voltage value of -6.5 kV and ends at a voltage value of 8 kV. In the process of mode transformation, the rise edge time and half wave drop time are almost unchanged, the pulse amplitude changes, and the large amplitude jump becomes a main basis for judging the mode change.
