苯酐聚酯型水性聚氨酯滲透汽化膜制備及性能

【摘要】:以聚鄰苯二甲酸-1,6-己二醇酯二醇(PH-56)為軟段,異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯(IPDI)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和乙二胺(EDA)為硬段,合成了系列軟段中含有苯環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)的苯酐聚酯型水性聚氨酯(WPU)膜.并采用傅里葉變換紅外光譜(FTIR)、熱重分析(TGA)等對膜進行了表征.對于苯/環(huán)己烷混合液(質(zhì)量比50/50,50℃),測定膜的吸附分離性能和滲透汽化分離性能,并與軟段不含苯環(huán)的聚己二酸-1,6-己二醇酯二醇(PHA-2000)的脂肪族聚酯型水性聚氨酯膜進行了比較.結(jié)果表明,含有苯環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)的PH-56為軟段的膜比PHA-2000為軟段的膜熱穩(wěn)定性和分離性能更好;軟段為PH-56的膜在環(huán)己烷中幾乎不溶脹,且當膜結(jié)構(gòu)中軟段質(zhì)量分數(shù)從55.0%增加到73.6%時,滲透汽化分離因子從6.90緩慢減小為4.91,而通量從6.91kg·μm/(m~2·h)明顯增加到23.8kg·μm/(m~2·h).
