活性炭?jī)?chǔ)能骨料對(duì)相變混凝土壓拉強(qiáng)度和導(dǎo)熱性能影響的試驗(yàn)與分析

【摘要】:為了制備具有保溫儲(chǔ)熱能力,同時(shí)具有一定強(qiáng)度的新型混凝土材料,對(duì)不同活性炭?jī)?chǔ)能骨料摻量的相變混凝土進(jìn)行了抗壓強(qiáng)度、劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度和導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)試驗(yàn),并對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,摻入活性炭?jī)?chǔ)能骨料降低了相變混凝土的抗壓、劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度,活性炭?jī)?chǔ)能骨料摻量在15%以內(nèi),相變混凝土的強(qiáng)度損失率不超過(guò)10%。相變材料為液態(tài)時(shí)相變混凝土的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)略大于相變材料為固態(tài)時(shí)的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù),增加幅度低于5%。隨著活性炭?jī)?chǔ)能骨料摻量的增加,相變混凝土的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)增大明顯,滿足保溫要求,活性炭?jī)?chǔ)能骨料的摻量應(yīng)在15%以內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:The compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and thermal conductivity of phase change concrete with different amount of activated carbon aggregate were tested in order to prepare a new type of concrete material with heat preservation and heat preservation capacity at the same time. The test results are analyzed. The experimental results show that the addition of activated carbon energy storage aggregate can reduce the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of phase change concrete. The content of activated carbon energy storage aggregate is less than 15% and the strength loss rate of phase change concrete is less than 10%. The thermal conductivity of the phase change concrete when the phase change material is liquid is slightly larger than that of the phase change material when the phase change material is solid, and the increase is less than 5%. With the increase of the amount of activated carbon aggregate, the thermal conductivity of phase change concrete increases obviously, which meets the requirement of heat preservation. The content of activated carbon energy storage aggregate should be less than 15%.
