輕-粗混合骨料混凝土的基本力學(xué)性能試驗研究

【摘要】:目的以硼泥陶粒等體積替換石子為粗骨料,研究陶粒的不同體積摻量對混凝土的基本力學(xué)性能及變形性能的影響規(guī)律.方法通過5組試驗研究了陶粒體積摻量分別為0、25%、50%、75%和100%時,對混凝土28d的強度和應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線的上升段的影響規(guī)律.結(jié)果隨著陶粒體積摻量的增大,混凝土的立方體抗壓強度、軸心抗拉強度和劈裂抗拉強度均呈減小的趨勢,且當陶粒體積摻量超過50%時,混凝土強度大幅降低;混凝土的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線上升段的斜率和峰值應(yīng)力隨著陶粒體積摻量的增大而逐漸減小,但峰值應(yīng)變增大.結(jié)論隨著陶粒體積摻量的增大,混凝土的強度和彈性模量逐漸降低;提出了不同陶粒體積摻量的混凝土的本構(gòu)方程建議.
[Abstract]:Aim to study the influence of different volume of clay on the basic mechanical properties and deformation properties of concrete by replacing stone with boron clay as coarse aggregate. Methods the effects of ceramsite volume content of 0, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% on the strength and the rising section of stress-strain curve of concrete for 28 days were studied by five groups of experiments. Results with the increase of ceramsite volume content, the cube compressive strength, axial tensile strength and split tensile strength of concrete decreased, and when the ceramsite volume content exceeded 50%, the concrete strength decreased greatly. The slope and peak stress of the rising section of the stress-strain curve of concrete decrease gradually with the increase of the volume of ceramsite, but the peak strain increases. Conclusion the strength and elastic modulus of concrete decrease with the increase of volume content of ceramsite, and the constitutive equation of concrete with different volume content of ceramsite is proposed.
