堿礦渣混凝土配合比參數(shù)選擇與設(shè)計方法

【摘要】:通過系統(tǒng)研究各配制參數(shù)(如:堿組分、水膠比、膠凝材料用量等)對堿礦渣混凝土28d抗壓強度的影響,深入分析了28d抗壓強度分布規(guī)律與方差間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:堿礦渣混凝土28d抗壓強度符合正態(tài)分布,且與水膠比呈明顯反比關(guān)系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了適用于堿礦渣混凝土的回歸方程,確定了公式中回歸系數(shù)αa和αb分別為0.796和0.897,得出了堿礦渣混凝土配合比參數(shù)選擇與設(shè)計的具體方法。
[Abstract]:The effects of various compounding parameters (such as alkali composition, water / binder ratio, amount of cementitious material, etc.) on the 28d compressive strength of alkali slag concrete were systematically studied, and the relationship between the distribution of 28d compressive strength and the variance was analyzed. The results show that the compressive strength of alkali slag concrete for 28 days accords with normal distribution and is inversely proportional to water-binder ratio. On this basis, the regression equation suitable for alkali slag concrete is put forward, and the regression coefficients 偽 a and 偽 b are determined to be 0.796 and 0.897, respectively, and the concrete methods for selecting and designing the parameters of mix ratio of alkali slag concrete are obtained.
