磷石膏炭熱分解的熱動(dòng)力學(xué)研究

【摘要】:在活性炭摻量為10%~15%,煅燒溫度為1100~1250℃條件下,從動(dòng)力學(xué)和熱力學(xué)角度對(duì)磷石膏分解煅燒制膠凝材的可行性進(jìn)行了研究。在該溫度范圍內(nèi),通過等溫?zé)岱治龇ù_定了磷石膏分解體系的表觀活化能為299.88~382.85 k J·mol~(-1),指前因子ln A為18.64~25.61 s~(-1),分解動(dòng)力學(xué)方程為受三維擴(kuò)散控制的Z-L-T方程。經(jīng)Factsage軟件計(jì)算和SEM、EDS、XRD等微觀檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn),煅燒過程中,不僅發(fā)生了硫酸鈣的分解,還伴隨著分解產(chǎn)物CaO和雜質(zhì)SiO_2的合成反應(yīng)。根據(jù)CaO-SiO_2-CaSO_4相圖的理論計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,適量補(bǔ)充硅鋁質(zhì)改性組分,調(diào)節(jié)生料的配比范圍,有使磷石膏基水硬性復(fù)合膠凝材料強(qiáng)度提升的潛能。
