脫硝催化劑用堇青石多孔陶瓷的制備與性能研究

【摘要】:以偏高嶺土、氧化鋁和滑石為原料,利用壓制成型制備出堇青石多孔陶瓷并采用浸漬涂覆法制備錳基低溫脫硝催化劑。通過氣孔率、抗折強(qiáng)度、熱膨脹系數(shù)、SEM、BET等測試探究了碳粉和淀粉兩種造孔劑及添加量、不同酸處理時間等因素對堇青石性能的影響并考察了不同浸漬次數(shù)的催化劑在80~200℃間的脫硝性能。結(jié)果表明:造孔劑為碳粉且添加量為4%時,得到的堇青石具有良好的性能,此時氣孔率達(dá)31.12%,熱膨脹系數(shù)為3.10×10~(-6)/K,抗折強(qiáng)度為21.41 MPa;適當(dāng)?shù)乃崽幚碛兄谳狼嗍砻婵捉Y(jié)構(gòu)的豐富且能大幅提升其比表面積,最佳處理時間為2 h;當(dāng)浸漬次數(shù)為4次時,整體式催化劑的性能最佳,牢固度可達(dá)90.18%,140℃時的脫硝率可達(dá)74.5%以上。
[Abstract]:Cordierite porous ceramics were prepared from metakaolin, alumina and talc by pressing molding and manganese based low temperature denitrification catalyst was prepared by impregnation coating method. The porosity, flexural strength, thermal expansion coefficient and SEM,BET test were used to investigate two kinds of pore-making agent and the addition amount of carbon powder and starch.
