【摘要】：利用液力透平發(fā)電技術(shù),合理回收利用了高壓分離罐底部出口液氨的高壓力能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了氨合成和發(fā)電的有機(jī)結(jié)合。通過(guò)恒轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)節(jié),控制通過(guò)液力透平的高壓液氨流量,避免了壓力和流量波動(dòng)對(duì)發(fā)電機(jī)造成的損害,實(shí)現(xiàn)了連續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)電,有效地緩解了企業(yè)用電緊張的局面,產(chǎn)生了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境和社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:The high pressure energy of liquid ammonia at the bottom outlet of the high pressure separation tank is reasonably recovered by using hydraulic turbine power generation technology, and the organic combination of ammonia synthesis and power generation is realized. Through constant speed regulation, the high pressure liquid ammonia flow through hydraulic turbine is controlled, the damage caused by the fluctuation of pressure and flow to generator is avoided, the continuous and stable power generation is realized, and the tense situation of enterprise electricity is effectively alleviated. Has produced the good economy, the environment and the social benefit.
