廣西浦北南朝至隋唐陶瓷的科技研究

【摘要】:本文通過熱膨脹儀、掃描電子顯微電鏡及能譜儀(SEM-EDS)、陶瓷吸水率測試儀等實驗儀器對浦北地區(qū)較早期的一些陶瓷樣品的燒成溫度、化學(xué)元素組成、顯微結(jié)構(gòu)、吸水率等理化性能指標進行了科學(xué)測試分析,借助上述現(xiàn)代科學(xué)分析手段,結(jié)合古遺址實地調(diào)查和文獻調(diào)研,對廣西浦北地區(qū)出土的南朝至隋唐時期的一些陶瓷樣品的理化性能、燒造工藝、原料構(gòu)成等進行了初步分析研究。得出本文主要結(jié)論,本次測試的陶瓷器樣品,多數(shù)樣品燒成溫度在1200℃左右,吸水率在7.51%~15.93%之間,釉層厚度在200μm~500μm之間。本研究所獲得科學(xué)測試結(jié)果將豐富中國古陶瓷科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫的內(nèi)容,增進人們對廣西古陶瓷的理解,為浦北古陶瓷的進一步研究提供一定的科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。在人類文明的歷史進程里,中國的陶瓷燒造技術(shù)可謂獨領(lǐng)風(fēng)騷數(shù)千載,名窯輩出,相關(guān)的文獻資料也非常豐富。但是這些名窯并不能構(gòu)成中國陶瓷史的全部,而許多湮沒于歷史中的瓷窯,只留下一個又一耐人尋味的謎團。隨著科技的發(fā)展和國家深入開展對地方文化研究的要求,學(xué)術(shù)界也逐漸對地方古陶瓷重視起來。廣西浦北地處中國南部邊陲,然而本文的田野調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)當?shù)卮嬖跇O為豐富的古陶瓷遺存。年代從南朝一直到現(xiàn)代從未間斷,且目前尚存在不少傳統(tǒng)手工制陶作坊和龍窯。令人遺憾的是,目前關(guān)于浦北縣古陶瓷研究基本上是空白,這與當?shù)刎S富的古陶瓷遺存和歷史極不相稱。為了理清浦北陶瓷歷史面貌,了解古代浦北人民的制瓷技術(shù)水平,本文開展了文獻、田野和科學(xué)調(diào)查研究。其中的科學(xué)測試分析和數(shù)據(jù)的獲取則又是本文的研究重點。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the sintering temperature, chemical composition and microstructure of some earlier ceramic samples in Pubei area were studied by means of thermal expansion apparatus, scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy spectrometer (SEM-EDS), and water absorption tester of ceramics. The physical and chemical properties, such as water absorption rate, were scientifically tested and analyzed. With the help of the above modern scientific analysis means, combined with the field investigation and literature investigation of ancient sites, The physicochemical properties, sintering process and raw material composition of some ceramic samples unearthed from the Southern Dynasty to the Sui and Tang dynasties in Pubei region of Guangxi were preliminarily analyzed and studied. The main conclusion of this paper is that the firing temperature of most of the samples is about 1200 鈩,
