補(bǔ)償收縮纖維混凝土強(qiáng)度及變形性能研究

【摘要】:研究了粉煤灰、膨脹劑及聚丙烯纖維摻量對(duì)補(bǔ)償收縮纖維混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度、抗裂性能及變形性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:適當(dāng)?shù)姆勖夯覔搅坎粌H有利于提高混凝土的后期強(qiáng)度,同時(shí)可以顯著提高混凝土的限制膨脹率;隨著膨脹劑摻量的增加,混凝土的強(qiáng)度略有降低,限制膨脹率增幅較大;摻加適量的聚丙烯纖維有利于改善混凝土的抗裂性能,顯著降低混凝土轉(zhuǎn)空干后的收縮變形,聚丙烯纖維的較優(yōu)摻量為0.8 kg/m~3。
[Abstract]:The effects of the content of fly ash, expansion agent and polypropylene fiber on the compressive strength, crack resistance and deformation property of compensating shrinkage fiber reinforced concrete were studied. The results show that the proper amount of fly ash can not only improve the later strength of concrete, but also significantly increase the limited expansion ratio of concrete, and the strength of concrete decreases slightly with the increase of the content of expansive agent. The addition of proper amount of polypropylene fiber can improve the crack resistance of concrete and reduce the shrinkage and deformation of concrete, and the optimum content of polypropylene fiber is 0. 8 kg/m~3..
