【摘要】：對陶瓷管正交通孔內(nèi)壁相貫線倒角的數(shù)控加工技術(shù)及工藝進行了系統(tǒng)研究,建立了內(nèi)壁相貫線數(shù)學(xué)模型和刀具路徑插補函數(shù)模型,設(shè)計了專用倒角加工刀具和加工工藝路線。手工編制了內(nèi)壁相貫線倒角數(shù)控加工程序,并在三軸加工中心上進行了實際加工驗證,收到良好效果。實現(xiàn)了陶瓷管內(nèi)壁相貫線倒角的數(shù)控加工,提高了倒角加工的精度、質(zhì)量和效率。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the NC machining technology and technology of cross line chamfering of ceramic pipe positive traffic hole are studied systematically. The mathematical model of intersecting line of inner wall and the interpolation function model of tool path are established, and the special chamfer cutting tool and machining process route are designed. The NC machining program for chamfering of intersecting line of inner wall is programmed by hand and verified in triaxial machining center, and good results are obtained. NC machining of chamfering of intersecting line of ceramic tube inner wall is realized, and the precision, quality and efficiency of chamfer machining are improved.
