蒸壓加氣混凝土自保溫砌塊砌體基本力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:蒸壓加氣混凝土自保溫砌塊作為一種新型材料之所以被普遍應(yīng)用于建材行業(yè),是因其保溫性好、高強(qiáng)度、重量輕、環(huán)保節(jié)能等特點(diǎn)。作為一種綠色新型墻材,如何將其更好地用于建筑結(jié)構(gòu)承重體系中已成為未來的研究方向。本文對(duì)蒸壓加氣混凝土砌體的抗壓性能和抗剪性能探討分析的同時(shí)也分析了砌塊的物理力學(xué)性能,這對(duì)蒸壓加氣混凝土進(jìn)一步改善規(guī)范提供了理論依據(jù)。本文對(duì)蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊的強(qiáng)度、干密度、含水率、吸水率和立方體砌塊與棱柱體砌塊的尺寸效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了研究與分析。結(jié)果表明:砌塊的強(qiáng)度為4.1MPa,強(qiáng)度較普通混凝土低,干密度為558kg/m~3,含水率為1.3%,吸水率為63.5%,立方體砌塊尺寸效應(yīng)不明顯,而彈性模量隨著棱柱體砌塊尺寸的增大而減小。在蒸壓加氣混凝土砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響因素。結(jié)果表明:蒸壓加氣混凝土砌體的抗壓強(qiáng)度與砂漿強(qiáng)度、砌塊強(qiáng)度、灰縫厚度有關(guān),同時(shí)畫出對(duì)應(yīng)的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線,得出彈性模量及泊松比數(shù)值,回歸出了砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度計(jì)算公式,計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)值吻合良好。本文還對(duì)蒸壓加氣混凝土砌體抗剪強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究與分析。結(jié)果表明:蒸壓加氣混凝土砌體的抗剪強(qiáng)度與灰縫厚度、砂漿強(qiáng)度、養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間、剪切面積有關(guān),薄灰縫砌體的抗剪強(qiáng)度小于厚灰縫砌體的抗剪強(qiáng)度,同時(shí)還回歸出了砌體抗剪強(qiáng)度計(jì)算公式。
[Abstract]:As a new type of material, autoclaved aerated concrete self-insulating block is widely used in building materials industry because of its good temperature preservation, high strength, light weight, environmental protection and energy saving. As a new green wall material, how to better use it in the load-bearing system of building structure has become the research direction in the future. In this paper, the compressive and shear properties of autoclaved aerated concrete masonry are discussed and analyzed, and the physical and mechanical properties of the block are also analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the further improvement of autoclaved aerated concrete. In this paper, the strength, dry density, moisture content, water absorption and the size effect of cubic block and prism block of autoclaved aerated concrete block are studied and analyzed. The results show that the strength of the block is 4.1 MPA, the strength is lower than ordinary concrete, the dry density is 558 kg / m ~ (-3), the water content is 1.3%, the water absorption is 63.5%, the size effect of the cube block is not obvious, but the elastic modulus decreases with the increase of the size of the prismatic block. Based on the compression strength test of autoclaved aerated concrete masonry, the influence factors of masonry compressive strength are discussed. The results show that the compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete masonry is related to mortar strength, block strength and ash joint thickness. The corresponding stress-strain curves are drawn, and the elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio are obtained. The formula for calculating the compressive strength of masonry is regressed, and the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental values. The shear strength of autoclaved aerated concrete masonry is studied and analyzed. The results show that the shear strength of autoclaved aerated concrete masonry is related to the thickness of ash joint, mortar strength, curing time and shear area, and the shear strength of thin ash joint masonry is smaller than that of thick ash joint masonry. At the same time, the formula of shear strength of masonry is regressed.
