鋁鉻渣對銻冶煉爐用鋁鉻磚性能的影響

【摘要】:本課題通過靜態(tài)坩堝法對比篩選出銻冶煉爐用較佳的耐火材料。進(jìn)而研究添加不同比例的鋁鉻渣(主要成分是Al2O3-Cr2O3)在不同燒成溫度下對鋁鉻磚性能的影響。通過檢測試樣的體積密度、顯氣孔率、常溫耐壓強(qiáng)度、燒后線變化率、荷重軟化溫度與熱震穩(wěn)定性,同時借助SEM及XRD等手段對比篩選出較佳的鋁鉻渣加入量和燒成溫度,以此制取性價比較高的鋁鉻磚。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:(1)鋁鉻磚在各類銻冶煉渣樣的靜態(tài)坩堝實(shí)驗(yàn)中的綜合抗侵蝕滲透性較好,電熔半再結(jié)合鎂鉻磚次之,鉻渣磚與特級高鋁磚的綜合性最差;(2)當(dāng)鋁鉻渣加入量為30 wt.%時,鋁鉻磚中綜合性能較佳;(3)加入30 wt.%鋁鉻渣的鋁鉻磚較佳的燒成溫度是1600℃。本課題同時探討了添加劑α-Al2O3微粉,Cr2O3微粉對含30%鉻渣的鋁鉻磚性能的影響,2種添加劑對鋁鉻磚性能均有小幅提升作用,α-Al2O3微粉與Cr2O3微粉較佳的加入量均是3%wt.。
[Abstract]:Through static crucible method, the better refractory for antimony smelting furnace is selected. The effect of adding different proportion of Al-Cr slag (the main component is Al2O3-Cr2O3) on the properties of Al-Cr brick at different sintering temperature was studied. The volume density, apparent porosity, compressive strength at room temperature, linear change rate after firing, softening temperature and thermal shock stability of the samples were measured. At the same time, the better addition and sintering temperature of Al-Cr slag were obtained by means of SEM and XRD. In this way, a high cost-performance aluminum-chromium brick. The experimental results show that: (1) Aluminum-chromium brick has better comprehensive corrosion resistance and permeability in static crucible test of various kinds of antimony smelting slag, followed by fused semi-rebonded magnesia-chrome brick. (2) when the content of Al-Cr slag is 30wt.%, the comprehensive properties of Al-Cr brick is better, and (3) the better sintering temperature is 1600 鈩,
