BBC摻雜BSNN-BSZT陶瓷低溫?zé)Y(jié)性能的研究

【摘要】:采用傳統(tǒng)的兩步固相反應(yīng)法制備了一種低溫?zé)Y(jié)的CuBBiO_4-(Ba_(0.8)Sr_(0.2))(Ni_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))-(Ba_(0.8)Sr_(0.2))(Zr_(0.5)Ti_(0.5))(BBC-BSNN-BSZT)壓電陶瓷,并研究了CuBBiO_4(BBC)摻雜量對陶瓷微觀形貌、相結(jié)構(gòu)、介電、壓電性能和燒結(jié)溫度的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,制備的陶瓷樣品為單一的鈣鈦礦相,未發(fā)現(xiàn)其他雜相;摻雜的BBC低熔點化合物在燒結(jié)中提供適量液相,促進(jìn)燒結(jié),樣品可在925℃燒結(jié)致密。該壓電陶瓷材料的居里溫度由158℃提升到230℃;當(dāng)摻雜w(BBC)=0.75%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))時,陶瓷達(dá)到最佳壓電性能:壓電常數(shù)d_(33)=613pC/N,機(jī)電耦合系數(shù)k_p=0.7,介電常數(shù)ε_r=3 926,介電損耗tanδ=0.005 2,品質(zhì)因數(shù)Q_m=70。居里溫度T_C=227℃。
[Abstract]:A low temperature sintered CuBBiO4- (Ba0.8 Sr0.2) (Ni1O3)-(Ba0.8 Sr0.2) (Zr0.5 Ti0.5) (BBC-BSNN-BSZT) piezoelectric ceramics was prepared by conventional two step solid state reaction. The effects of CuBBiO_4 (BBC) doping on the microstructure, phase structure, dielectric properties, piezoelectric properties and sintering temperature of the ceramics were investigated. The results show that the ceramic sample is a single perovskite phase, and no other impurity phase is found, and the doped BBC low melting point compound provides a proper amount of liquid phase in sintering to promote sintering, and the sample can be sintered densified at 925 鈩,
