利用拜耳法赤泥和氟化鈣污泥制備燒結(jié)磚塊

【摘要】:拜耳法赤泥是用氫氧化鈉溶解鋁土礦生產(chǎn)氧化鋁過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的固體廢棄物。針對(duì)拜耳法赤泥的強(qiáng)堿性、重金屬含量高等特點(diǎn),提出了一種利用酸性氟化鈣污泥進(jìn)行共同燒制磚塊的方法。以磚塊的氟離子浸出量、鉻離子浸出量、抗壓強(qiáng)度、磚塊密度及燒失量5個(gè)變量為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),利用主成分分析法對(duì)五個(gè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)分,并研究了以氟化鈣污泥與赤泥比,黏土添加量、鋁灰添加量、黏結(jié)劑添加量、燒結(jié)溫度為自變量對(duì)綜合評(píng)分的影響。利用響應(yīng)面法(RSM)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,得出最佳實(shí)驗(yàn)條件依次為氟化鈣污泥與赤泥比=61.1%,黏土添加量=21.4%,鋁灰添加量=15%,黏結(jié)劑添加量=2.5%,燒結(jié)溫度=1 000℃。此條件下所得磚塊對(duì)應(yīng)的氟離子浸出量為0.33 mg·L~(-1),鉻離子浸出0.034 mg·L~(-1),抗壓強(qiáng)度5.73 MPa,燒失量9%,磚塊密度1.07 g·cm~(-3)?捎米龇浅兄卮u。
[Abstract]:Bayer red mud is a solid waste produced in alumina production by dissolving bauxite with sodium hydroxide. In view of the strong alkalinity and high heavy metal content of red mud in Bayer process, a method of making bricks by using acidic calcium fluoride sludge was put forward. With the five variables of fluorine ion leaching, chromium ion leaching, compressive strength, brick density and burning loss as evaluation indexes, the five indexes were comprehensively graded by principal component analysis (PCA), and the ratio of calcium fluoride sludge to red mud was studied. The effects of clay addition, aluminum ash addition, binder addition and sintering temperature on the comprehensive score were investigated. The experimental data were analyzed by response surface method (RSM).
