真空絕熱板隔氣結構膜滲透性分析及老化實驗

【摘要】:為研究隔氣結構膜滲透性對真空絕熱板熱工性能的影響,對隔氣結構膜的滲透原理和滲透性的影響因素進行數(shù)值分析,分別分析了溫濕度與溶解系數(shù)、擴散系數(shù)、滲透性的關系,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)溫度對膜的滲透性影響較大,相對濕度對膜的滲透性的影響較小;基于對隔氣結構膜的電鏡掃描分析,在不同溫度下分別對三種隔氣結構膜進行水蒸氣滲透性實驗研究,結果表明膜的種類、溫度對隔氣結構膜滲透性的影響較大,膜的滲透性會隨著溫度的升高而增加。研究結果對真空絕熱板膜的選擇,性能優(yōu)化及真空絕熱材料的研制具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of membrane permeability on the thermal performance of vacuum insulation plate, the permeability principle and the factors affecting permeability of the membrane were analyzed numerically. The temperature, humidity, dissolution coefficient and diffusion coefficient were analyzed respectively. The relationship between permeability, temperature and relative humidity have great influence on membrane permeability, while relative humidity has little effect on membrane permeability. The water vapor permeability of three kinds of membranes was studied at different temperatures. The results show that the type and temperature of membranes have a great influence on the permeability of membranes, and the permeability of membranes will increase with the increase of temperature. The results are of great significance to the selection of vacuum insulation plate membrane, the optimization of performance and the development of vacuum insulation material.
