玻璃材料滑動摩擦帶電研究

【摘要】:同種材料之間相互碰撞、摩擦等接觸會導致物質帶電。同種材料摩擦帶電廣泛的存在于生產(chǎn)、生活中,但是摩擦帶電的起電機理尚不明確。本論文圍繞玻璃材料滑動摩擦帶電展開研究,主要工作如下:首先使用Zhou軟球碰撞模型和球形顆粒碰撞空穴帶電模型,計算了兩球形顆粒正碰帶電量,得到了與實驗較為一致的結果。對不同角度下的兩球斜碰切向接觸面積進行計算,發(fā)現(xiàn)接觸面積隨角度變化的趨勢與碰撞電量隨角度的變化趨勢相似。然后,利用設計的一種滑動摩擦帶電實驗測量裝置,開展了玻璃球板滑動摩擦帶電實驗研究。測量不同壓力、不同滑動距離以及不同滑動速度下玻璃球板摩擦后玻璃板的帶電量,實驗結果發(fā)現(xiàn)玻璃球板摩擦后玻璃板帶正電、玻璃球帶負電。玻璃球在玻璃板上滑動不同的距離,帶電量會隨著滑動距離的增加而增大,玻璃板摩擦產(chǎn)生的電荷會緩慢衰減;瑒酉嗤嚯x,壓力增大,帶電量增大明顯。玻璃片邊界距離玻璃球位置對摩擦電會產(chǎn)生一定影響,摩擦帶電量仍然在同一個量級上。滑動相同距離,玻璃球滑動速度增加,摩擦帶電量減小。
[Abstract]:Collision of the same material, friction and other contact will lead to the material charged. Friction electrification of the same material widely exists in production and life, but the starting mechanism of friction electrification is not clear. The main work of this thesis is as follows: firstly, using Zhou soft sphere collision model and spherical particle collision hole charged model, the positive collision charge of two spherical particles is calculated. The results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The tangential contact area of oblique collision of two spheres at different angles is calculated. It is found that the change trend of contact area with angle is similar to that of colliding electric quantity with angle. Then, an experimental study on sliding friction of glass ball plate is carried out by using a sliding friction live measuring device designed in this paper. The electrical energy of glass ball plate after friction was measured under different pressure, different sliding distance and different sliding speed. The experimental results show that the glass plate is positively charged and the glass ball is negative after friction. When the glass ball slips at different distances on the glass plate, the electric charge will increase with the increase of the sliding distance, and the charge generated by friction on the glass plate will decrease slowly. When sliding at the same distance, the pressure increases and the electric energy increases obviously. The position of the glass edge from the glass ball has a certain effect on the friction electricity, and the energy of the friction band is still in the same order of magnitude. At the same distance, the sliding speed of glass ball increases and the power of friction band decreases.
