【摘要】：隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的提高和建筑技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,超高層建筑在我國(guó)的應(yīng)用越來越廣,而外框內(nèi)筒的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)成為越來越多的超高層建筑首選的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,相應(yīng)的,鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用也越來越廣泛。本文圍繞著鋼管混凝土的澆筑質(zhì)量問題,結(jié)合具體的工程案例,從高強(qiáng)自密實(shí)混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì)、鋼管混凝土溫度場(chǎng)的有限元分析和鋼管混凝土缺陷檢測(cè)及修復(fù)技術(shù)上進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的敘述。首先,在高強(qiáng)自密實(shí)混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化過程中,基于行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)規(guī)范,提出了一種應(yīng)用于商業(yè)分析的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法,分析出具體混凝土配合比多目標(biāo)預(yù)期的最優(yōu)組合值,提供了一種更加方便快捷、實(shí)用性強(qiáng)的計(jì)算機(jī)軟件處理方法;其次,基于大體積混凝土水化熱分析的思路,將建立的有限元模型與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)統(tǒng)計(jì)的鋼管柱內(nèi)核心混凝土水化熱階段的溫度場(chǎng)變化進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,優(yōu)化有限元模型,為鋼管混凝土在太陽直射、環(huán)境溫度變化快等情況下的溫差分析提供理論模型;最后,通過對(duì)1:1的帶缺陷鋼管柱試件進(jìn)行超聲檢測(cè)試驗(yàn),并用人為模擬缺陷的鋼管柱與純混凝土在同等條件下的超聲波檢測(cè)的波速和頻率進(jìn)行對(duì)比,著重分析了判定是否有脫空缺陷的超聲波檢測(cè)方法,并設(shè)計(jì)出了一套完善的修復(fù)工藝。本文的監(jiān)測(cè)流程和修復(fù)方法,在案例工程中的應(yīng)用結(jié)果良好,局部出現(xiàn)輕微缺陷的構(gòu)件也得到了解決。本文研究成果可以為今后類似工程提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of national economy level and the rapid development of building technology, the application of super high-rise building in our country is more and more extensive, and the structural design of outer frame and inner tube becomes the preferred structural form of super high-rise building. The application of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) structure is more and more extensive. This paper focuses on the quality of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) pouring, combined with concrete engineering cases, from the design of high strength self-compacting concrete mix ratio. The finite element analysis of the temperature field of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) and the defect detection and repair technology of CFST are described in detail. Firstly, an experimental design method for commercial analysis is proposed based on industry standards and empirical norms in the optimization process of mix ratio design of high-strength self-compacting concrete. The optimum combination value of concrete mix ratio is analyzed, which provides a more convenient and practical computer software processing method. Secondly, based on the idea of mass concrete hydration heat analysis, The finite element model established is compared with the temperature field change in the hydration heat stage of the core concrete in the steel tube column, and the finite element model is optimized to be the direct fire of the concrete filled steel tube in the sun. A theoretical model is provided for the analysis of temperature difference under the condition of rapid change of ambient temperature. Finally, the ultrasonic test of the steel tube column with defects at 1:1 is carried out. Compared with the ultrasonic wave velocity and frequency of the artificial simulated steel tube column and pure concrete under the same conditions, the ultrasonic detection method for determining whether there is a void defect is analyzed. And designed a set of perfect repair technology. The monitoring flow and repair method in this paper are well applied in case engineering, and the components with slight defects are solved. The research results in this paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
