【摘要】：隨著企業(yè)間競爭越來越激烈,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)管理的智能化和信息化成為企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的核心之一,特別是傳統(tǒng)中小型電鍍?cè)O(shè)備制造企業(yè),其人工生產(chǎn)管理模式已不能滿足市場的高效性與實(shí)時(shí)性要求,經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程中信息傳遞不暢、部門之間溝通不便、技術(shù)文檔難以查找、生產(chǎn)拖延等問題。針對(duì)中小企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀,開發(fā)一種簡化版的面向設(shè)計(jì)、工藝、倉儲(chǔ)、車間的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)有著重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以某涂裝環(huán)保設(shè)備有限公司為對(duì)象,通過調(diào)研其生產(chǎn)管理狀況與需求分析,研制了一種面向中小電鍍?cè)O(shè)備生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的簡化版生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體方案設(shè)計(jì)、功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)。所研制系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用PHP語言和MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)進(jìn)行開發(fā),采用基于B/S架構(gòu)的軟件結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)滿足適合于電腦客戶端和智能移動(dòng)終端應(yīng)用。該系統(tǒng)包含后臺(tái)管理模塊、設(shè)計(jì)部門模塊、計(jì)劃與執(zhí)行部門模塊和生產(chǎn)部門模塊等功能模塊,具有用戶管理、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)與工藝規(guī)劃管理、生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與任務(wù)管理、庫存管理和生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理等功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)過程、庫存信息、質(zhì)量信息、生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度、工藝流程等數(shù)據(jù)查詢、匯總、交換和反饋。該系統(tǒng)對(duì)于中小電鍍?cè)O(shè)備制造企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)調(diào)度和管理信息化具有一定的促進(jìn)意義。
[Abstract]:With more and more fierce competition among enterprises, the realization of intelligent and information production management has become one of the core of the survival and development of enterprises, especially the traditional small and medium-sized electroplating equipment manufacturing enterprises. The artificial production management mode can not meet the high efficiency and real time requirement of the market. The problems often occur in the production process, such as the information transmission is not smooth, the communication between departments is not convenient, the technical documents are difficult to find, the production delay and so on. In view of the present situation of production management in small and medium-sized enterprises, it is of great practical significance to develop a simplified production management system for design, process, warehousing and workshop. In this paper, a simplified plate production management system for medium and small electroplating equipment production enterprises is developed by investigating the production management situation and demand analysis of a coating environmental protection equipment co., Ltd., and the overall scheme of the system is designed. Function module design and database development. The system is developed by using PHP language and MySQL database technology. The software structure based on B / S architecture is adopted, which is suitable for the application of computer client and intelligent mobile terminal at the same time. The system includes function modules such as background management module, design department module, planning and execution department module and production department module. It has user management, product design and process planning management, production planning and task management, etc. Inventory management and production site management functions, such as production process, inventory information, quality information, production progress, process flow and other data query, summary, exchange and feedback. The system has a certain significance for small and medium-sized electroplating equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve production scheduling and management information.
