聚丙烯腈膜改性制備正滲透復合膜基膜

【摘要】:為提高聚丙烯腈(PAN)膜的親水性,在聚丙烯腈膜表面接枝超支化聚乙烯亞胺(HPEI),得到親水性的PAN膜;然后用界面聚合方法在膜表面涂覆一層聚酰胺層,得到正滲透復合膜.測試結(jié)果表明:水接觸角由64.5°降到23.4°.與PAN膜相比,PAN-g-PEI孔徑減小,制備得到的正滲透復合膜水通量下降,由7.4 L/(m2·h)降至3.5 L/(m2·h);反向溶質(zhì)滲透通量下降,由38.7 g/(m2·h)降至22.2 g/(m2·h).這說明接枝聚乙烯亞胺的聚丙烯腈膜(PAN-g-PEI)親水性得到明顯改善.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the hydrophilicity of polyacrylonitrile (pan) membrane, the hyperbranched polyimide (PAN) membrane was grafted on the surface of polyacrylonitrile (pan) membrane to obtain the hydrophilic PAN membrane, and then an interfacial polymerization method was used to coat a layer of polyamide layer on the membrane surface to obtain a composite membrane with normal osmosis. The results show that the water contact angle is reduced from 64.5 擄to 23.4 擄. Compared with the PAN membrane, the pore size of PAN-g-PEI decreased, the water flux of the prepared composite membrane decreased from 7.4 L/(m2 h to 3.5 L/(m2 h, and the reverse solute permeation flux decreased from 38.7 g/(m2 h to 22.2 g/(m2 hU. This shows that the hydrophilicity of PAN-g-PEI is improved obviously.
