Ru-Ni-YSZ多維陽極在直接乙醇SOFC的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:采用浸漬-自置換法,以Ru Cl3為添加劑,丙酮為表面活性劑,在陽極支撐SOFC的Ni-YSZ陽極上表面制備納米Ru功能層,并制備Ru-Ni-YSZ||YSZ||Pd-Ag單電池。通過SEM,TEM,XRD對電極進行表征,發(fā)現(xiàn)Ru在Ni-YSZ陽極表面以及內(nèi)部可以形成多維納米花狀催化層。通過測試不同沉積量和不同溫度下納米Ru層對單電池的電性能的影響。在750℃時,以乙醇為燃料,Ru沉積量為0.6%(質(zhì)量分數(shù))的燃料達到最高264 m W/cm~2。當(dāng)Ru沉積量為0.4%時,燃料電池在700,750,800℃時,最大功率分別達到200、261和316 m W/cm2。在開路電壓條件下,電池運行15h,沒有出現(xiàn)下降和積碳現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Using Ru Cl3 as additive and acetone as surfactant, nanocrystalline Ru functional layer was prepared on the surface of Ni-YSZ anode supported by SOFC by impregnation and self-displacement method, and Ru-Ni-YSZ YSZ Pd-Ag single cell was prepared. The results showed that Ru could form a multi-dimensional nanoscale catalytic layer on the surface and inside of Ni-YSZ anode.
