【摘要】：為研究含有內(nèi)螺紋的微通道對(duì)氣液泰勒流的影響,文中結(jié)合VOF多相流模型對(duì)微通道內(nèi)氣液兩相流進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。主要分析了螺紋對(duì)稱程度、螺紋高度、螺紋寬度對(duì)泰勒流型以及管內(nèi)壓力場(chǎng)的影響。結(jié)果表明:螺紋的存在會(huì)加強(qiáng)管內(nèi)擾動(dòng),泰勒流在螺紋高度達(dá)到一定值時(shí),泰勒氣泡發(fā)生分裂;泰勒氣泡形狀變化主要與螺紋高度呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān),與螺紋寬度幾乎無關(guān)。螺紋會(huì)對(duì)氣泡產(chǎn)生阻礙及導(dǎo)向作用,管內(nèi)中軸線壓力會(huì)受到螺紋的影響而呈現(xiàn)周期性波動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of microchannel with internal thread on gas-liquid Taylor flow, a numerical simulation of gas-liquid two-phase flow in microchannel was carried out with VOF multiphase flow model. The degree of thread symmetry and thread height were analyzed. The influence of thread width on Taylor flow pattern and pressure field in the pipe. The results show that the existence of thread will strengthen the disturbance in the pipe, and the Taylor bubble splits when the thread height reaches a certain value. The change of Taylor bubble shape is mainly related to the height of the thread and almost independent of the thread width. The thread will hinder and guide the bubble, and the pressure of the central axis of the pipe will fluctuate periodically because of the influence of the thread.
