【摘要】:真空凍干機(jī)是一種利用冷凍真空干燥技術(shù)的化工過(guò)程裝備,其應(yīng)用十分廣泛。但相比于國(guó)外技術(shù)而言,國(guó)產(chǎn)設(shè)備在生產(chǎn)效率、能耗等級(jí)、設(shè)備可靠性上仍有較大的差距。因此,為提高設(shè)備的可靠性,本文結(jié)合凍干機(jī)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),采用先進(jìn)的現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)方法設(shè)計(jì)了一臺(tái)真空凍干機(jī),并對(duì)核心部件進(jìn)行了分析研究。本研究首先確定了 Ray125型真空凍干機(jī)的整體設(shè)計(jì)方案,并對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了理論分析和計(jì)算。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)干燥罐、冷凝器進(jìn)行了常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì),并使用有限元分析軟件行了設(shè)計(jì)研究和設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證;同時(shí)基于彈性分析設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)加熱板和冷凝器進(jìn)行了的分析設(shè)計(jì)研究。為進(jìn)一步提高設(shè)計(jì)的可靠性和安全性,對(duì)干燥罐進(jìn)行了失穩(wěn)分析,對(duì)冷凝器進(jìn)行了疲勞分析。本文設(shè)計(jì)的真空凍干機(jī)已成功應(yīng)用于實(shí)際生產(chǎn),并已交付客戶用于咖啡的凍干,且實(shí)現(xiàn)了兩年無(wú)故障的運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:Vacuum freeze drying machine is equipped with a chemical process using the vacuum freeze drying technology, its application is very extensive. But compared with foreign technology, domestic equipment in the production efficiency, energy consumption level, there is still a large gap between the reliability of the equipment. Therefore, in order to improve the reliability of the equipment, combining with the development trend of the lyophilizer, the modern advanced design method to design a vacuum freeze drying machine, and the core components are analyzed. This study first determine the overall design scheme of Ray125 type vacuum freeze drying machine, and the system parameters are analyzed and calculated. Based on this, the drying tank, condenser were conducted. Design and the design research and design verification using finite element analysis software design method based on elastic analysis; at the same time, the research on the analysis and design of the heating plate and the condenser. In order to further improve the design The reliability and safety of the drying tank were analyzed. The fatigue analysis of the condenser was carried out. The vacuum freeze-drying machine designed in this paper has been successfully applied to the actual production, and has been delivered to the customers for coffee freeze-drying, and it has been running for two years without fault.
