硝酸裝置四合一透平機(jī)組在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:本文論述了硝酸裝置四合一透平機(jī)組在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的重要意義,分析了在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢。并通過對四合一透平機(jī)組在硝酸裝置中作用的分析,完成對在線系統(tǒng)信號采集方案、系統(tǒng)功能、系統(tǒng)硬件配置、機(jī)組安全保護(hù)策略及通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。通過對電渦流傳感器的工作原理、測量電路的分析,開發(fā)了新型電渦流傳感器的結(jié)構(gòu)和信號處理電路,并完成了對其的靜態(tài)測試。系統(tǒng)采用本特利3500系統(tǒng)完成對振動(dòng)、位移、轉(zhuǎn)速等機(jī)組狀態(tài)檢測信號的采集和處理,并通過MODBUS協(xié)議與系統(tǒng)主控制模塊ICS T6300實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)通訊。本文通過對機(jī)組故障診斷技術(shù)的研究,以S8000故障診斷系統(tǒng)為硬件基礎(chǔ),實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)四合一透平機(jī)組故障分析、診斷和遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測功能。最后,分別通過IEC 1131toolset軟件開發(fā)平臺和Intouch 10.1HMI組態(tài)軟件完成對系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換、報(bào)警、安全保護(hù)聯(lián)鎖程序和人機(jī)界面的開發(fā),并通過軟件的離線模擬功能完成對程序的離線測試。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the important significance of nitric acid unit four in one turbine unit on-line monitoring system, analysis of the online monitoring system of domestic and foreign research present situation and development trend. And through the analysis of the effect of four in one turbine unit in nitric acid unit, the completion of the online signal acquisition system scheme, system function, hardware configuration, design protection strategy and communication network security unit. The working principle of the eddy current sensor, measurement circuit, signal processing circuit structure and the development of a new type of eddy current sensor, and completed the static test. The system of vibration displacement, using the Bentley 3500 system, the acquisition and processing of state speed detection unit the signal, through the MODBUS protocol and the main control module ICS T6300 to realize data communication. Based on the research of the fault diagnosis technology of the unit, to S8000 fault The diagnosis system for basic hardware, realizes the system four in one turbine generator fault analysis, diagnosis and remote monitoring function. Finally, through the IEC 1131toolset software development platform and Intouch 10.1HMI configuration software to complete alarm system development, data conversion, safety interlock protection program and human-computer interface, and complete the program through the off-line test offline software function simulation.
