氧化鋯凝膠注模工藝研究

【摘要】:采用凝膠注模成型超細粒度氧化鋯陶瓷。使用小分子型分散劑PBTCA(2-磷酸丁烷1,2,4-三羧酸)制備高固相、低粘度漿料。探討了分散劑含量、單體與交聯(lián)劑的比例及引發(fā)劑的含量對生坯及氧化鋯陶瓷性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:當固相含量為50vol%,分散劑加入量為0.2wt%,漿料的粘度為0.86 Pa·s。且當單體和交聯(lián)劑的比例為15∶1、引發(fā)劑的加入量為2.5wt%時,生坯抗彎強度為29.56 MPa;經(jīng)1520℃燒結(jié)后,氧化鋯陶瓷體積密度和抗彎強度分別達到5.96 g/cm~3和828.46 MPa。通過SEM進行斷面觀察,其結(jié)構(gòu)均勻致密。
[Abstract]:Ultrafine sized zirconia ceramics were prepared by gel injection molding. High solid phase and low viscosity slurry were prepared by using small molecular dispersant PBTCA-2-butane phosphate (PBTCA), and the content of dispersant was discussed. The effects of monomer / crosslinking agent ratio and initiator content on the properties of raw billet and zirconia ceramics were studied. The results show that when the solid content is 50 volts, the dispersant content is 0.2 wtand the viscosity of the slurry is 0.86 Pa 路s, and the ratio of monomer to crosslinking agent is 0.86 Pa 路s.
