基于“空天飛機”理念的概念飛行器設計研究

【摘要】:隨著航天事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,各國在航天領域的投入也呈增長趨勢,降低航天成本已成為大規(guī)模航天活動的關鍵所在。上世紀80年代,美國立志于研究可重復使用的飛行器—航天飛機,但由于高額的使用維護費用,低效的使用率以及安全的不穩(wěn)定性,航天飛機在2012年被全部退役。然而人們對于這種空天一體化,可重復使用的飛行器的探索并未終止。空天飛機憑借著其超前的技術理念和設計理念,解決了航天飛機成本、效率、安全性等難題,成為未來航天發(fā)展的新方向。本文首先闡述了空天飛機的發(fā)展概況,分析了早期空天飛機的理念和現(xiàn)階段空天飛機的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。通過研究比對得出空天飛機的理念優(yōu)勢,并分析其應用前景。而后,分析空天飛機的技術理念,即動力技術,防熱技術,密閉技術等,驗證空天飛機技術的可行性。通過典型案例分析,推導空天飛機的造型設計理念,即它的入軌模式,起飛方式和氣動布局。并逐一進行比較分析,得出其不同種模式下的優(yōu)勢與缺點。在此基礎上,將空天飛機的設計理念應用于概念飛行器的設計之中,通過草圖繪制,確定概念飛行器的基本外形,以此為基礎進行3D建模,通過Flame驗證其造型的可行性。之后完成概念飛行器的配色渲染,細節(jié)紋理展示,以及最終的環(huán)境展示。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of space industry, the investment of various countries in the field of space is also increasing, and reducing the cost of space has become the key to large-scale space activities. In the 1980s, the United States was determined to study reusable aircraft, the space shuttle, but was completely decommissioned in 2012 because of high maintenance costs, inefficient usage and safety instability. However, the exploration of this kind of space-space integration, reusable aircraft has not ended. With its advanced technical concept and design concept, the space shuttle has solved the difficult problems of space shuttle cost, efficiency and safety, and has become a new direction of space development in the future. In this paper, the general situation of the development of aerial aircraft is described, and the concept of early aerial aircraft and the present situation of the development of aerial aircraft are analyzed. Through research and comparison, the concept advantages of aerial aircraft are obtained, and its application prospect is analyzed. Then, the technical concept of air-to-air aircraft, that is, power technology, heat protection technology, airtight technology and so on, is analyzed to verify the feasibility of air-to-air aircraft technology. Through the analysis of typical cases, the modeling design concept of aerial aircraft is deduced, that is, its orbital mode, take-off mode and pneumatic layout. The advantages and disadvantages of different modes are obtained by comparative analysis one by one. On this basis, the design concept of aerial aircraft is applied to the design of concept aircraft, and the basic shape of concept aircraft is determined by sketching. 3D modeling is carried out on this basis, and the feasibility of modeling is verified by Flame. Then complete the concept aircraft color rendering, detail texture display, and the final environment display.
