焊接工藝在商用航空發(fā)動機中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:通過介紹焊接工藝在商用航空發(fā)動機中的應(yīng)用,分析了焊接工藝選用時的原則,即材料的焊接性、焊接接頭的性能要求、焊接變形、焊接工藝和焊后檢驗的可達(dá)性4個原則,最后結(jié)合國內(nèi)現(xiàn)狀提出了國內(nèi)研制商用航空發(fā)動機項目中對先進(jìn)焊接技術(shù)的研究與應(yīng)用、焊接性能數(shù)據(jù)的完善、焊接結(jié)構(gòu)完整性評估方法的建立等方面的迫切需求,以推進(jìn)國內(nèi)加快焊接技術(shù)的研究,盡快建立完整的商用航空發(fā)動機焊接工藝體系,提升國內(nèi)商用航空發(fā)動機的研制水平。
[Abstract]:By introducing the application of welding technology in commercial aero-engine, this paper analyzes the principles of welding process selection, that is, the weldability of materials, the performance requirements of welded joints, welding deformation, welding process and accessibility of post-weld inspection. Finally, according to the present situation in China, the research and application of advanced welding technology and the perfection of welding performance data in the domestic commercial aero-engine project are put forward. There is an urgent need for the establishment of welding structure integrity assessment method in order to speed up the research of welding technology in China, establish a complete welding process system of commercial aero-engine as soon as possible, and improve the development level of domestic commercial aero-engine.
