飛艇用層壓織物類膜材中心撕裂破壞機(jī)理模型

【摘要】:中心撕裂破壞是飛艇用層壓織物類膜材失效破壞的基本形式之一.基于層壓織物類膜材的平紋織物結(jié)構(gòu)特征,建立了具有平面紗線結(jié)構(gòu)的中心切縫撕裂機(jī)理模型,該模型應(yīng)用了"等效紗線"及"應(yīng)力集中漸變區(qū)"兩個概念,分別實(shí)現(xiàn)模型參數(shù)的簡化和應(yīng)力集中區(qū)域應(yīng)力場分布的細(xì)化.運(yùn)用所提機(jī)理模型實(shí)現(xiàn)了對不同切縫長度時(10~40mm)經(jīng)緯向?qū)訅嚎椢镱惸げ乃毫哑茐男袨樘卣鞯念A(yù)測,分析了蒙皮材料撕裂擴(kuò)展機(jī)理,并結(jié)合試驗(yàn)結(jié)果證實(shí)了模型預(yù)測的精確性和可行性.由模型分析獲得了蒙皮材料在漸變區(qū)推移過程中的撕裂承載力及變形特征,發(fā)現(xiàn)紗線的失效應(yīng)變、彈性模量以及編織密度等是影響蒙皮材料撕裂抗力的主要因素.所得結(jié)論及研究方法可為層壓織物類膜材的強(qiáng)度設(shè)計、裂紋止裂分析及結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性評估提供理論參考.
[Abstract]:Central tear failure is one of the basic forms of membrane failure of laminated fabric for airship. Based on the structural characteristics of plain fabric with laminated fabric film, a central slit tearing mechanism model with planar yarn structure is established. The model applies the concepts of "equivalent yarn" and "stress concentration gradient zone". The simplification of model parameters and the refinement of stress field distribution in stress concentration area are realized respectively. The tear failure behavior of longitude and weft laminated fabrics with different slit lengths (10~40mm) was predicted by using the proposed mechanism model, and the tear propagation mechanism of skin materials was analyzed. The accuracy and feasibility of the model prediction are verified by the experimental results. The tear bearing capacity and deformation characteristics of the skin material during the gradual change zone were obtained by model analysis. It was found that the failure strain, elastic modulus and braiding density of the yarn were the main factors affecting the tear resistance of the skin material. The conclusions and research methods can provide theoretical reference for strength design, crack arrest analysis and structural safety evaluation of laminated fabric membranes.
