新型熱刀式鎖緊釋放裝置設(shè)計與試驗

【摘要】:為確保小型航天器預(yù)應(yīng)力可展開結(jié)構(gòu)的鎖緊釋放可靠,設(shè)計一種新型的熱刀式鎖緊釋放裝置.介紹裝置的基本原理及構(gòu)造,改進(jìn)熱刀電熱元件的設(shè)計,對熱刀裝置進(jìn)行熱仿真分析與電熱性能測試.通過鎖緊捆繩的參數(shù)對比與試驗,選擇Dyneema繩并說明捆繩蠕變控制方案.設(shè)計試驗研究捆繩預(yù)緊力與收攏鎖定狀態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)基頻及平均熔斷時間的關(guān)系并確定捆繩預(yù)緊力的準(zhǔn)確值,提出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的預(yù)緊力施加裝置及施加方案.在各種工況下進(jìn)行解鎖功能試驗,均可順利解鎖可展開結(jié)構(gòu),驗證裝置的可行性.
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the reliability of locking release of the prestressed deployable structure of small spacecraft, a new type of hot knife locking release device is designed. This paper introduces the basic principle and structure of the device, improves the design of the electro-thermal element of the hot-knife, carries on the thermal simulation analysis and the electrothermal performance test to the hot-knife device. By comparing and testing the parameters of the fastening rope, the Dyneema rope is selected and the creep control scheme of the tie rope is explained. The relationship between the pre-tightening force and the fundamental frequency and the average melting time of the tie-in structure is studied experimentally and the exact value of the pre-tightening force is determined. The standardized pre-tightening force applying device and scheme are put forward. The unlocking function test is carried out under various working conditions, and the unlocking and unfolding structure can be successfully unlocked, and the feasibility of the device can be verified.
