機場水泥混凝土道面接縫倒角技術(shù)研究與應用

【摘要】:接縫病害是機場水泥混凝土道面的常見病害,對運行安全和道面美觀都有顯著影響。以浦東機場第三跑道工程為依托,提出了接縫倒角技術(shù)。通過采用有限元軟件進行數(shù)值模擬,揭示了接縫倒角技術(shù)的作用機理。對浦東機場第三跑道投入運行1年的監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)表明:接縫倒角可有效減少接縫病害的產(chǎn)生,同時不會影響道面的摩擦系數(shù),且接縫倒角帶來的經(jīng)濟效益顯著大于增加的工程成本。
[Abstract]:Joint disease is a common disease of airport cement concrete pavement, which has a significant effect on the safety of operation and the beauty of pavement. Based on the third runway project of Pudong Airport, the technology of joint chamfering is put forward. The mechanism of joint chamfering is revealed by numerical simulation with finite element software. The monitoring data of the third runway of Pudong Airport for one year show that the chamfering of joint can effectively reduce the occurrence of joint diseases, and at the same time, it will not affect the friction coefficient of the pavement. Moreover, the economic benefit brought by the chamfering of joint is obviously larger than that of the increased engineering cost.
