新舟700渦槳類飛機(jī)噪聲適航符合性方法研究

【摘要】:螺旋槳驅(qū)動(dòng)的飛機(jī)以其“低速重載”,中短程經(jīng)濟(jì)型較為優(yōu)秀的特性一直活躍在航空界。所有飛機(jī)在正式運(yùn)營(yíng)前都需要取得當(dāng)局適航認(rèn)證,包括了噪聲符合性適航認(rèn)證。研究渦輪螺旋槳驅(qū)動(dòng)的飛機(jī)噪聲適航符合性方法是必然也是趨勢(shì)。本文對(duì)研發(fā)過(guò)程中的“新舟”-700系列飛機(jī)在內(nèi)的渦槳類運(yùn)輸客機(jī)的噪聲適航方法進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,對(duì)其噪聲瞬時(shí)聲壓級(jí),有效感覺噪聲級(jí)等算法進(jìn)行研究。采用基于靜態(tài)測(cè)試預(yù)測(cè)噪聲級(jí)的算法,分析發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)靜態(tài)噪聲數(shù)據(jù),并利用一組渦槳飛機(jī)的靜態(tài)噪聲數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)了其飛行噪聲級(jí)。利用SPSS軟件進(jìn)行置信區(qū)間的計(jì)算,驗(yàn)證各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)的符合性,在滿足適航要求的前提下節(jié)省了運(yùn)算時(shí)間。特別是在進(jìn)行靜態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)噪聲適航符合性期間,首次引入飛機(jī)迎角優(yōu)化的概念,并考慮到螺旋槳噪聲的影響,使渦槳類飛機(jī)噪聲適航符合性方法更加科學(xué)。在渦槳類飛機(jī)噪聲適航符合性預(yù)測(cè)的方法基礎(chǔ)之上,利用“新舟”-700的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)型龐巴迪DHC-8-400飛機(jī)已有的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)靜態(tài)測(cè)試噪聲數(shù)據(jù),使用C#語(yǔ)言和Visual Studio2013平臺(tái)開發(fā)噪聲適航符合性預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。其方法及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)型噪聲數(shù)據(jù)可為今后上市的渦槳類運(yùn)輸飛機(jī)提供一定的噪聲適航研發(fā)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Propeller-driven aircraft with its "low speed heavy load", short-range economy more excellent features have been active in the aviation industry. All aircraft are required to obtain authority airworthiness certification, including noise compliance certification. It is inevitable and trend to study the airworthiness method of aircraft noise driven by turbopropeller. In this paper, the noise airworthiness methods of propeller type airliner including Xinzhou-700 series aircraft are summarized and analyzed, and the algorithms of noise instantaneous sound pressure level and effective sense noise level are studied. An algorithm based on static test to predict noise level is used to analyze engine static noise data and a set of static noise data of propeller aircraft is used to predict the flight noise level. The confidence interval is calculated by using SPSS software to verify the conformance of the data and save the operation time on the premise of meeting the requirements of airworthiness. Especially in the period of static data prediction of noise airworthiness, the concept of aircraft angle of attack optimization is introduced for the first time, and considering the influence of propeller noise, the method of noise airworthiness of propeller aircraft is more scientific. Based on the prediction method of noise airworthiness of propeller aircraft, the static noise data of the engine of Bombardier DHC-8-400, a competing aircraft of Xinzhou-700, is used to test the noise data. C # language and Visual Studio2013 platform are used to develop noise airworthiness prediction system. The method and the noise data of the competitive aircraft model can provide a certain basis for the research and development of noise airworthiness for the future listed propeller type transport aircraft.
