瞬態(tài)熱沖擊縫槽氣膜冷卻傳熱實驗及仿真研究

【摘要】:為了分析瞬態(tài)熱沖擊過程中氣膜冷卻傳熱規(guī)律,采用實驗研究和CFD仿真分析方法,研究了瞬態(tài)熱沖擊工況下的平板縫槽氣膜冷卻傳熱特性。實驗中,主流燃氣以約60℃/s~100℃/s的增溫速率來模擬瞬態(tài)熱沖擊工況,CFD仿真中,采用DES方法模擬瞬態(tài)混合層剪切渦結(jié)構對氣膜冷卻傳熱影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)實驗結(jié)果顯示,當吹風比處于臨界值以下時,瞬態(tài)熱沖擊過程中,氣膜絕熱有效溫比逐漸下降直至穩(wěn)態(tài)值,對流換熱系數(shù)存在同樣的規(guī)律。(2)DES模擬結(jié)果顯示,混合層擺動位置及剪切渦發(fā)展到壁面的位置隨著吹風比的增大而向下游移動,使得壁面?zhèn)鳠崽匦灾饕杉羟袦u流決定逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橛衫鋮s氣流決定。(3)DES結(jié)果顯示由于混合層剪切渦的不穩(wěn)定性使得氣膜絕熱有效溫比存在較大幅度的波動;相比RANS方法,DES方法預測的平均絕熱有效溫比與實驗結(jié)果吻合更好。
