Y-12E型飛機(jī)性能算法研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來(lái)我國(guó)通用航空產(chǎn)業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展,許多縣市計(jì)劃新建或正在新建通用航空機(jī)場(chǎng)。在新建機(jī)場(chǎng)時(shí),機(jī)場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)特別是跑道長(zhǎng)度需要根據(jù)執(zhí)飛機(jī)型的性能來(lái)確定;在實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)中,承運(yùn)人也需要進(jìn)行飛機(jī)性能分析。通航飛機(jī)性能計(jì)算量的增加,帶來(lái)了開(kāi)發(fā)通航機(jī)型飛機(jī)性能分析工具的迫切需求。運(yùn)-12E(Y-12E)型飛機(jī)是我國(guó)通航機(jī)場(chǎng)的常用機(jī)型,本文對(duì)其飛機(jī)性能分析方法展開(kāi)研究,對(duì)工作量大、耗時(shí)長(zhǎng)、易出錯(cuò)的傳統(tǒng)人工查詢飛機(jī)性能手冊(cè)的計(jì)算方式進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。以Y-12E型飛機(jī)飛行手冊(cè)為計(jì)算依據(jù),以中國(guó)民用航空規(guī)章(CCAR-23部)中通勤類飛機(jī)適航規(guī)定為規(guī)范,并結(jié)合成熟的飛機(jī)性能理論,研究開(kāi)發(fā)了Y-12E型飛機(jī)性能分析軟件。論文首先對(duì)Y-12E型飛機(jī)的起飛性能、著陸性能以及飛行計(jì)劃進(jìn)行分析。在飛機(jī)性能分析基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)飛機(jī)性能計(jì)算涉及到的有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)處理和算法展開(kāi)研究;在Y-12E型飛機(jī)性能數(shù)據(jù)的處理中,為將紙質(zhì)圖表進(jìn)行數(shù)字化處理,利用Windows屏幕坐標(biāo)與圖像坐標(biāo)的轉(zhuǎn)換關(guān)系,開(kāi)發(fā)了一套紙質(zhì)圖表的數(shù)字采樣工具,實(shí)現(xiàn)了圖表的導(dǎo)入、標(biāo)定、數(shù)據(jù)讀取和采集功能,加快了圖表的數(shù)字化處理速度;進(jìn)一步提出使用MATLAB自帶的曲線擬合工具箱進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)補(bǔ)全的方法,使用三角剖分算法和重心插值法進(jìn)行插值計(jì)算,并利用MATLAB自帶scarreredInterpolant函數(shù)進(jìn)行方法和結(jié)果驗(yàn)證。論文接著進(jìn)行Y-12E飛機(jī)性能軟件的開(kāi)發(fā),該軟件主要包括機(jī)場(chǎng)管理、起飛性能、著陸性能和飛行計(jì)劃四個(gè)模塊,詳細(xì)分析了每個(gè)模塊的功能和計(jì)算方法;基礎(chǔ)性能表和機(jī)場(chǎng)信息采用SQLite數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)存儲(chǔ);整個(gè)軟件利用C++語(yǔ)言在Qt框架下開(kāi)發(fā)完成,模塊化的架構(gòu)開(kāi)發(fā)思路保證了軟件后續(xù)的維護(hù)和擴(kuò)展。最后,論文分別以具體的實(shí)例,對(duì)起飛模塊、著陸模塊、飛行計(jì)劃模塊進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,得到的計(jì)算結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確,說(shuō)明Y-12E型飛機(jī)性能計(jì)算軟件中性能計(jì)算方法無(wú)誤,可以用做Y-12E型飛機(jī)性能分析工具。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's general aviation industry has developed rapidly. Many counties and cities plan to build or are building new general aviation airports. When a new airport is built, the design of the airport, especially the length of the runway, should be determined according to the performance of the aircraft, and in actual operation, the carrier also needs to analyze the performance of the aircraft. With the increase of aircraft performance calculation, there is an urgent need to develop aircraft performance analysis tools. Yun-12E (Y-12E) aircraft is a common type of aircraft in China's navigable airport. This paper studies the performance analysis method of its aircraft, and improves the traditional manual calculation method of aircraft performance, which is time-consuming, time-consuming and error-prone. Based on the flight manual of Y-12E aircraft, the airworthiness regulations of commuter aircraft in China Civil Aviation regulations (CCAR-23), and the mature aircraft performance theory, a performance analysis software for Y-12E aircraft is developed. Firstly, the takeoff performance, landing performance and flight plan of Y-12 E aircraft are analyzed. On the basis of aircraft performance analysis, the data processing and algorithm involved in aircraft performance calculation are studied. In the processing of Y-12E aircraft performance data, in order to digitize the paper chart, a set of digital sampling tools of paper chart is developed by using the conversion relationship between Windows screen coordinate and image coordinate, and the chart is imported and calibrated. The function of data reading and collecting speeds up the digitization of charts and graphs. Furthermore, the method of data complement with curve fitting toolbox of MATLAB is put forward, the interpolation calculation is done by triangulation algorithm and barycenter interpolation method, and the method and result are verified by MATLAB scarreredInterpolant function. The thesis then develops Y-12E aircraft performance software, which mainly includes four modules: airport management, take-off performance, landing performance and flight plan. The functions and calculation methods of each module are analyzed in detail. The basic performance table and airport information are stored in SQLite database, and the whole software is developed with C language under the framework of Qt. The modular framework development idea ensures the subsequent maintenance and extension of the software. Finally, the paper verifies the take-off module, landing module and flight plan module with specific examples, and the result is accurate, which shows that the performance calculation method of Y-12E aircraft performance calculation software is correct. Can be used as Y-12 E aircraft performance analysis tool.
