民用機(jī)場(chǎng)供油模式優(yōu)化研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)民用機(jī)場(chǎng)業(yè)務(wù)量激增,特別是在當(dāng)前區(qū)域規(guī)劃戰(zhàn)略升級(jí)和穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)的背景下,機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)的互聯(lián)互通和投資拉動(dòng)效應(yīng)愈發(fā)凸顯,中國(guó)航油供油任務(wù)加重,傳統(tǒng)的供油模式問(wèn)題凸顯,優(yōu)化需求日益迫切。在機(jī)場(chǎng)眾多,情況復(fù)雜的背景下,流程梳理,歷史數(shù)據(jù)收集整理并進(jìn)行科學(xué)分析成為最直接有效的手段。本論文基于中國(guó)航空油料集團(tuán)公司管理提升的背景,以增效節(jié)能為目標(biāo),將研究定位于中航油所服務(wù)的民用機(jī)場(chǎng)供油模式,從油源、作業(yè)單元、供油工藝等角度對(duì)民用機(jī)場(chǎng)現(xiàn)有的供油模式和流程進(jìn)行梳理及利弊分析,針對(duì)現(xiàn)存的業(yè)務(wù)鏈條過(guò)長(zhǎng),航油及能源消耗大及科學(xué)規(guī)劃缺失等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,遵循打破傳統(tǒng)、理論提升、科學(xué)運(yùn)用的原則,重點(diǎn)在加油量預(yù)測(cè)、油庫(kù)庫(kù)容設(shè)置、作業(yè)單元設(shè)置方面引入科學(xué)分析技術(shù),以歷史數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),融合多種方法并取長(zhǎng)抑短,尋求高效的供油模式,以達(dá)到優(yōu)化目標(biāo);同時(shí)選取重慶江北國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)和贛州機(jī)場(chǎng)兩個(gè)具有代表性機(jī)場(chǎng)為例,在詳細(xì)調(diào)研機(jī)場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用上述研究成果針對(duì)兩個(gè)機(jī)場(chǎng)的供油系統(tǒng)分別進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果驗(yàn)證了優(yōu)化的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the volume of domestic civil airport business has increased dramatically, especially in the context of the strategic upgrading and steady growth of the current regional planning, the connectivity and investment pull effect of airport construction has become increasingly prominent. The problem of traditional fuel supply mode is becoming more and more serious, and the demand for optimization is becoming more and more urgent. Under the background of numerous airports and complicated situations, the most direct and effective means is to sort out the process, collect and collect historical data and carry out scientific analysis. In this paper, based on the background of management promotion of China Aviation Oil Group Company, aiming at increasing efficiency and saving energy, the research will be focused on the civil airport fuel supply mode, from oil source, operation unit, to the civil airport oil supply mode served by China Aviation Oil Company. From the point of view of oil supply technology and so on, this paper combs and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing fuel supply modes and processes of civil airports. Aiming at the existing problems such as the long business chain, the large consumption of aviation oil and energy and the lack of scientific planning, and so on, it follows to break the tradition. Theoretical promotion, principles of scientific application, emphasis on oil quantity prediction, oil storage capacity setting, operation unit setting, introduction of scientific analysis technology, integration of various methods and taking long and short to seek efficient oil supply mode, based on historical data. At the same time, two representative airports, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport and Ganzhou Airport, are selected as examples to optimize the oil supply system of the two airports based on the detailed investigation of the present situation of the airports. The effectiveness of the optimization is verified by practical application.
