計算機輔助飛機鉚釘連接優(yōu)化設(shè)計

【摘要】:飛機鉚釘連接設(shè)計涉及設(shè)計部門與計算部門,部門之間的數(shù)據(jù)交流過程不僅浪費大量時間,而且也會因為配合不協(xié)調(diào)導致數(shù)據(jù)版本等出現(xiàn)錯誤。為了優(yōu)化飛機鉚釘連接設(shè)計流程,文章提出了一種結(jié)合兩個部門功能并利用設(shè)計者自身知識的計算機輔助設(shè)計方法,其核心是一個能夠從多方面綜合評價鉚釘連接設(shè)計的算法以及一個友善的用戶界面。將方法應用于SaM146渦輪發(fā)動機機艙鉚釘連接設(shè)計,驗證了其有效性。
[Abstract]:The design of aircraft rivets connection involves the design department and the calculation department. The data exchange process between the departments not only wastes a lot of time, but also leads to the error of the data version because of the mismatch. In order to optimize the design flow of aircraft rivets connection, this paper presents a computer aided design method which combines the functions of two departments and utilizes the designer's own knowledge. Its core is an algorithm and a friendly user interface which can evaluate rivet joint design from many aspects. The method is applied to the design of rivets in SaM146 turbine engine room, and its validity is verified.
