基于知識的飛機鈑金制造數(shù)據(jù)集研究與開發(fā)
[Abstract]:Before the aircraft sheet metal design model is transferred to the manufacturing department, the technicians need to add the manufacturing process information on the basis of the part design model according to the requirements of the manufacturing department. The addition of these data information mainly depends on the knowledge and experience of the technicians. The process is tedious and the accuracy is poor, which directly affects the development cycle of parts. There are many kinds of aircraft sheet metal parts, the manufacturing process is complex, and the digital manufacturing process of aircraft products involves a lot of experience and knowledge. How to reuse existing knowledge to quickly create 3D manufacturing model and improve the ancillary process information are the key issues that restrict the efficiency of sheet metal production preparation. This paper takes the aircraft sheet metal manufacturing data set as the research object, studies the data set constitution and the fast creation method, completes the data set application system development on the CATIA platform. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) analyze the requirement of manufacturing data set in aircraft sheet metal digital manufacturing process, compare design data with manufacturing data from data content, organization mode and so on. According to the composition and data structure of manufacturing data set, the data set construction requirements are put forward, and a set of manufacturing data set design specification is formed. (2) summarize the knowledge experience of technicians, and store the acquired sheet metal parts design and manufacturing knowledge in the form of digital quantity. By applying rule-based reasoning and model-based reasoning to practical problem solving, the characteristic model base, standard part database and text database of sheet metal manufacturing are constructed. (3) based on sheet metal manufacturing knowledge base. The methods of creating geometric information and non-geometric information in data set are studied. The key algorithm of creating every element information of manufacturing data set is completed by using the fast design idea of digital manufacturing. To provide the technical foundation for the data set application system. (4) using CAA technology to carry on the secondary development to the CATIA, develop and complete the "manufacturing data set application system", set up the system frame, design the function interface and the application flow in detail, The geometric information module and the non-geometric information module can add the structural features and basic process information of sheet metal manufacturing to meet the needs of rapid manufacturing data creation.
