飛機螺旋槳設計與氣動特性及滑流影響研究

【摘要】:螺旋槳滑流對飛機的氣動性能會產生一定的影響,如何正確認識其流動影響,在螺旋槳與飛機的設計過程中具有相當重要的理論意義和工程應用價值。本文通過對某飛機螺旋槳進行具體理論設計,并將其應用到該飛機的螺旋槳滑流數值模擬研究中,通過對比有無螺旋槳滑流的飛機模型及不同螺旋槳相位角的飛機模型的數值計算結果,分析了滑流對飛機整體氣動性能的影響程度。首先,基于空氣螺旋槳理論,結合具體飛機的性能參數,確定了螺旋槳的設計參數,完成螺旋槳的設計工作。其次,對本文設計的單獨螺旋槳模型運用了基于滑移網格的網格建模方法,計算分析了單獨螺旋槳工作時的氣動特性參數,并和設計值數據進行了對比,具有很好的吻合性,計算結果合理,說明了基于滑移網格的網格建模方法具有可行性。最后,設計了飛機的具體外形,采用滑移網格的建模方法,對螺旋槳滑流與飛機的干擾流場開展了數值模擬研究,通過對比有/無螺旋槳模型、不同螺旋槳相位角模型、安裝在飛機上的螺旋槳模型和單獨螺旋槳模型之間的計算結果,分析了滑流對飛機整體氣動性能的影響及飛機尾流對螺旋槳氣動性能的影響。CFD計算結果中流場的結構合理,和一般飛機的氣動性能規(guī)律吻合較好,說明滑移網格方法能夠較為有效地處理螺旋槳滑流的問題。
[Abstract]:The propeller flow will have a certain influence on the aerodynamic performance of aircraft. How to correctly understand the influence of propeller flow is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value in the design of propeller and aircraft. In this paper, the propeller of a certain aircraft is designed and applied to the numerical simulation of the propeller flow of the aircraft. By comparing the numerical results of the aircraft model with or without propeller slip flow and the aircraft model with different propeller phase angles, the influence of the slip flow on the overall aerodynamic performance of the aircraft is analyzed. Firstly, based on the air propeller theory and the performance parameters of the aircraft, the design parameters of the propeller are determined and the design work of the propeller is completed. Secondly, the single propeller model designed in this paper uses the grid modeling method based on slippage grid, calculates and analyzes the aerodynamic characteristic parameters of the single propeller working, and compares with the design value data. The calculation results are reasonable, which shows that the grid modeling method based on sliding mesh is feasible. Finally, the specific shape of the aircraft is designed, and the numerical simulation of the interference flow field between the propeller slip flow and the aircraft is carried out by using the sliding grid modeling method. By comparing the propeller model with / without propeller model, the different propeller phase angle models are compared. The calculation results between the propeller model and the single propeller model installed on the aircraft are analyzed. The effect of the slippery flow on the overall aerodynamic performance of the aircraft and the influence of the aircraft wake on the aerodynamic performance of the propeller are analyzed. The structure of the flow field in the CFD calculation results is reasonable. It is shown that the slip grid method can deal with the problem of propeller slip flow effectively.
