面向航天型號(hào)研制的CAPP系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:航天型號(hào)的研究和生產(chǎn)屬于高端的集成制造業(yè),對(duì)于設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)、工藝技術(shù)各方面的要求較高。對(duì)于航天型號(hào)研究院所以及相關(guān)生產(chǎn)制造單位而言,技術(shù)的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和信息時(shí)代的新變化迫使上海航天控制技術(shù)研究所在數(shù)據(jù)共享和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、多樣化的道路上發(fā)展。而全球化的航天領(lǐng)域研究探索活動(dòng)的增加和競(jìng)爭(zhēng),迫使我國航天型號(hào)的研制、生產(chǎn)、調(diào)試和測(cè)試驗(yàn)證周期進(jìn)一步縮短壓縮。過去依賴紙質(zhì)傳遞技術(shù)要求的設(shè)計(jì)、工藝、制造以及質(zhì)量管理模式和信息處理方法,己無法適應(yīng)各類軍兵種或民用行業(yè)對(duì)于航天研制單位提出的快速研制、高效生產(chǎn)的要求,無法滿足航天型號(hào)企業(yè)單位在質(zhì)量可靠、高效穩(wěn)定等方面的發(fā)展需求。本次選題主要立足于我國航天型號(hào)研制過程中計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工藝過程設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)CAPP的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)與應(yīng)用實(shí)現(xiàn)。針對(duì)航天型號(hào)在研制和批產(chǎn)期間,具有技術(shù)集成度高、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)狀態(tài)變化多、學(xué)科涉及面廣的特點(diǎn),開發(fā)一套符合控制所航天型號(hào)研制特點(diǎn)的CAPP系統(tǒng)。首先根據(jù)CAPP系統(tǒng)及航天型號(hào)研制管理特點(diǎn),從上海航天控制技術(shù)研究所的管理模式入手,根據(jù)其管理特點(diǎn)闡述了開發(fā)CAPP系統(tǒng)的可行性;然后在航天型號(hào)研制業(yè)務(wù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從功能需求和安全性需求兩個(gè)方面分析總結(jié)了本系統(tǒng)的具體需求分析,為后期的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)提供開發(fā)依據(jù)和規(guī)范。然后以設(shè)計(jì)原則和目標(biāo)為基礎(chǔ),分別對(duì)系統(tǒng)邏輯架構(gòu)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、功能結(jié)構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)庫、安全性五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)闡述。CAPP作為工藝編制和技術(shù)狀態(tài)管理的信息化手段,對(duì)解決工藝編制和管理低效率的難題和現(xiàn)狀具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和深遠(yuǎn)影響,對(duì)于航天技術(shù)研究所而言,本系統(tǒng)是開發(fā)利用經(jīng)驗(yàn)知識(shí)和管理控制工藝技術(shù)狀態(tài)的強(qiáng)有力工具。在上海航天控制技術(shù)研究所工藝戰(zhàn)線上運(yùn)用CAPP能大大提高工藝規(guī)程編制效率,進(jìn)一步提高文件規(guī)范性和一致性,能夠大幅增加文件信息提取再應(yīng)用的能力和管理水平,促進(jìn)研究所信息化智能化水平的提高,促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)的合理規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:The research and production of aerospace model belong to the high-end integrated manufacturing industry. For the Aerospace Model Research Institute and related production and manufacturing institutions, the high standards of technology and the new changes in the information age force the Shanghai Aerospace Control Technology Research Institute to develop on the road of data sharing and technology standardization and diversification. However, the increase and competition of research and exploration activities in the global space field have forced the development, production, commissioning and verification cycle of Chinese aerospace models to be further shortened and compressed. In the past, the design, process, manufacture, quality management model and information processing method, which relied on the technical requirements of paper transmission, could not meet the requirements of rapid development and efficient production for aerospace development units put forward by various arms, or civilian industries. Can not meet the aerospace enterprise units in the quality of reliable, efficient and stable development needs. This topic is mainly based on the design, development and application of the computer aided process planning system (CAPP) in the process of aerospace model development in China. In view of the characteristics of high integration of technology, variety of product technology and wide range of disciplines during the period of development and batch production of aerospace model, a set of CAPP system is developed in accordance with the characteristics of research and development of aerospace model in the control institute. According to the characteristics of CAPP system and aerospace model development management, this paper starts with the management mode of Shanghai Aerospace Control Technology Research Institute, and expounds the feasibility of developing CAPP system according to its management characteristics, and then on the basis of the analysis of aerospace model development business, This paper analyzes and summarizes the specific requirement analysis of the system from two aspects of function requirement and security requirement, and provides the development basis and standard for the later design of the system. Then on the basis of the design principles and objectives, the paper designs and expounds the system logic structure, the network structure, the function structure and the database, and the security, respectively. CAPP is used as the information-based means of process planning and technical state management. It is of practical significance and far-reaching influence to solve the problem and present situation of low efficiency in process planning and management. For the Institute of Aerospace Technology, this system is a powerful tool for developing and utilizing experiential knowledge and managing and controlling the state of process technology. The application of CAPP in the process front of Shanghai Aerospace Control Technology Research Institute can greatly improve the efficiency of process planning, further improve the standardization and consistency of documents, and greatly increase the ability and management level of document information extraction and reuse. To promote the intelligent level of information in the Institute to promote the rational planning of production.
