基于關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)的流量調(diào)配策略研究

【摘要】:民航運(yùn)輸?shù)目焖侔l(fā)展,為人們的出行帶來(lái)了巨大的便利,機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)對(duì)于提升地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)品質(zhì)也起到了良好的帶動(dòng)作用,然而,不正常航班及延誤問(wèn)題日益凸顯,而這也直接關(guān)系到民航整體服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提高與和諧民航建設(shè)的成敗。在面對(duì)流量快速增長(zhǎng)時(shí),如何進(jìn)行有效、高效的管理,就顯得尤為重要。 本文選取成都地區(qū)作為研究對(duì)象,完成了對(duì)成都雙流機(jī)場(chǎng)未來(lái)幾年旅客吞吐量的預(yù)測(cè),闡述了成都空中走廊的劃分并給出了使用建議。統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)表明,由于機(jī)場(chǎng)原因造成不正常航班的數(shù)量較少,且國(guó)內(nèi)針對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)方面(如地面等待)開展了大量的研究,本文著重從管制扇區(qū)角度對(duì)流量調(diào)配策略展開研究。 論文首先對(duì)造成空域擁堵的原因進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì),選用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)理論對(duì)不同原因之間的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行了定量計(jì)算、分析,并作為下一步空域繁忙程度評(píng)判考慮的考核指標(biāo)。論文以管制扇區(qū)為單位,構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)因子集和評(píng)語(yǔ)集,確定權(quán)重及隸屬度,采用層次分析法及模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法,完成對(duì)管制扇區(qū)繁忙程度的評(píng)價(jià)。 基于對(duì)扇區(qū)繁忙程度的評(píng)價(jià),論文以成都終端及區(qū)域管制扇區(qū)為例,對(duì)扇區(qū)動(dòng)態(tài)管理展開研究。根據(jù)邊界點(diǎn)、航路點(diǎn)、導(dǎo)航臺(tái)經(jīng)緯度坐標(biāo)生成終端空域結(jié)構(gòu)圖及成都區(qū)域管制扇區(qū)圖,繼而以航路點(diǎn)、導(dǎo)航臺(tái)為生成元,構(gòu)建成都終端、區(qū)域Voronoi圖。由于航路點(diǎn)的重要性不同,對(duì)其權(quán)重進(jìn)行分析,剔除部分生成元,生成加權(quán)Voronoi圖。對(duì)不同時(shí)段、不同生成元的工作負(fù)荷進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),計(jì)算所需扇區(qū)數(shù)量,結(jié)合區(qū)域生長(zhǎng)算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)扇區(qū)的動(dòng)態(tài)管理。 研究結(jié)果表明,基于關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)的流量調(diào)配策略研究,在提高運(yùn)行效率的同時(shí),有效利用了空域資源,為扇區(qū)繁忙度評(píng)估、扇區(qū)動(dòng)態(tài)管理提供了一定的理論和技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of civil aviation transportation has brought great convenience for people to travel. Airport construction has also played a good role in promoting the regional economic quality. However, the problem of abnormal flights and delays has become increasingly prominent. This is also directly related to the improvement of the overall service quality of civil aviation and the success or failure of harmonious civil aviation construction. In the face of rapid growth of traffic, how to carry out effective and efficient management, it is particularly important. In this paper, Chengdu area is selected as the research object, the passenger throughput of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport is predicted in the next few years, the division of Chengdu air corridor is expounded and some suggestions are given. Statistical data show that the number of abnormal flights due to airport reasons is relatively small and a large number of studies have been carried out on the airport (such as ground wait). This paper focuses on the flow allocation strategy from the perspective of the control sector. Firstly, the paper makes statistics on the causes of airspace congestion, and uses grey correlation theory to calculate and analyze the correlation among different causes, which is considered as the assessment index of airspace busy degree in the next step. The paper takes the regulated sector as the unit, constructs the evaluation factor set and the comment set, determines the weight and the membership degree, uses the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, completes the evaluation to the control sector busy degree. Based on the evaluation of sector busyness, this paper takes Chengdu terminal and regional control sector as an example to study the dynamic sector management. According to the boundary point, the route point, the navigation station latitude and longitude coordinate generation terminal spatial domain structure chart and the Chengdu area control sector chart, then takes the route point, the navigation station as the generator, constructs the Chengdu terminal, the region Voronoi chart. Because of the different importance of the route point, the weight of the route point is analyzed, the partial generator is eliminated, and the weighted Voronoi diagram is generated. The workload of different generators in different periods is counted, the number of sectors needed is calculated, and the dynamic management of sectors is realized by combining the region growth algorithm. The results show that the research of traffic allocation strategy based on key nodes not only improves operation efficiency, but also effectively utilizes spatial resources, which provides some theoretical and technical guidance for sector busyness evaluation and sector dynamic management.
