C919外翼壁板自動鉆鉚技術(shù)的研究
[Abstract]:The application of automatic drilling and riveting technology in the aircraft manufacturing process has been widely used in aviation manufacturing enterprises in the world after more than 40 years of development, and the technology is relatively mature. Foreign aviation manufacturing enterprises have been blocking the core technology of automatic drilling and riveting, although our aviation manufacturing enterprises have made great breakthrough and progress in automatic drilling and riveting technology through continuous efforts in recent years. For example, the application of automatic drilling riveting technology in ARJ aircraft wing assembly process, but in the large civil aircraft automatic drilling riveting technology is relatively weak, especially in the large civil aircraft wing automatic drilling riveting technology. In this paper, according to the requirement of automatic, digital, high precision and long life development of the C919 aircraft, the connection structure of the wing panel with a single wing span of 17 m on the G86 automatic drilling riveting machine is analyzed. The positioning and clamping mode of wing panel of C919 aircraft on the 13m bracket of G86 automatic drilling riveting machine is determined, and the program of drilling and riveting on the wing panel of C919 aircraft on G86 automatic drilling riveting machine is worked out and optimized. The method of establishing automatic drilling and riveting process parameter library for C919 aircraft wing panel is planned. The application scheme of C919 panel I and J structure long truss eccentric riveting anvil is proposed. Through the twice positioning and machining operation of the test piece of the upper wall plate of the 17m wing of C919 aircraft on the G86 automatic drilling and riveting machine, the positioning method of riveting 17m large wall plate on the 13m small frame of the G86 drill riveting machine is realized, and the difficulty of the small frame positioning and machining the large wall plate is broken through. The verification and optimization of the riveting procedure for the upper wing panel on the G86 automatic drilling and riveting machine is completed, and the database of automatic drilling and riveting process parameters of 12 different thickness wall plates of 6 kinds of rivets is established. The application scheme of I type and J type long truss eccentric lower riveting anvil is verified, and the key technical problem of automatic drilling and riveting for 17 m wing panel of C919 aircraft is solved.
