可變幾何通道控制執(zhí)行裝置動(dòng)態(tài)特性研究

【摘要】:可變幾何通道控制執(zhí)行裝置的動(dòng)態(tài)特性,直接影響到航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的進(jìn)氣和排氣性能。以一幾何通道控制執(zhí)行裝置為研究對(duì)象,闡述了其基本結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理;建立了可變幾何通道控制系統(tǒng)數(shù)學(xué)模型,并運(yùn)用AMESim建立其仿真模型,重點(diǎn)分析了油嘴Ⅰ直徑、油嘴Ⅱ直徑、作動(dòng)筒活塞桿直徑、作動(dòng)筒活塞直徑、負(fù)載等參數(shù),對(duì)可變幾何通道控制執(zhí)行裝置動(dòng)態(tài)特性的影響,為同類產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)、改進(jìn)、改型和性能優(yōu)化提供了理論依據(jù)。
