7050-T7451鋁合金化銑加工速率影響因素研究

【摘要】:化銑是一種通過(guò)化學(xué)腐蝕方法進(jìn)行金屬加工的工件成形加工方法,控制化銑速率精度是化銑工藝的關(guān)鍵。本文根據(jù)鋁合金化銑的反應(yīng)機(jī)理,通過(guò)配置不同配比的鋁合金化銑液,研究了影響化銑加工速率的主要因素,獲得控制鋁合金化銑的工藝參數(shù)。研究結(jié)果表明:化銑速率取決于Na OH質(zhì)量濃度和溫度,隨著Na OH質(zhì)量濃度和溫度的升高,化銑速率增加;當(dāng)化銑時(shí)間達(dá)到30min后,化銑速率基本達(dá)到平衡。
[Abstract]:Chemical milling is a kind of forming method for metal machining by chemical etching. Controlling the precision of chemical milling rate is the key of chemical milling process. In this paper, according to the reaction mechanism of aluminum alloy chemical milling, the main factors that affect the processing rate of aluminum alloy are studied by using different proportion of aluminum alloy melt milling liquid, and the technological parameters of controlling aluminum alloy chemical milling are obtained. The results show that the rate of chemical milling depends on the concentration and temperature of NaOH. With the increase of concentration and temperature of NaOH, the rate of chemical milling increases, and when the milling time reaches 30min, the rate of chemical milling basically reaches equilibrium.
