【摘要】：為實現(xiàn)我國成為民航強國的目標,我國民航業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,機場噪聲對周圍人民的影響也日益嚴重。機場噪聲等值線圖,可直觀顯示出機場對其附近區(qū)域的噪聲影響狀況,為機場管理部門提供機場噪聲控制及土地規(guī)劃依據(jù),動態(tài)的機場噪聲等值線圖可直觀反映出機場周邊區(qū)域噪聲實時情況,為管理部門制定出降噪飛行計劃提供依據(jù)。本文首先對機場噪聲監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀進行分析,提出了面向泛網(wǎng)格式機場噪聲監(jiān)測點布局的概念,并說明了泛網(wǎng)格式分布的機場噪聲監(jiān)測點布局對于首都噪聲監(jiān)測的重要作用,而后分析了泛網(wǎng)格式布局的機場噪聲監(jiān)測點會對繪制機場噪聲等值線帶來的問題,并對國內(nèi)外機場噪聲可視化文獻進行了研究分析,將機場噪聲預測與機場噪聲等值線相結合得出本文基于泛網(wǎng)格式布局的機場噪聲監(jiān)測點可并行的噪聲等值線繪制模型。針對泛網(wǎng)格式布局的機場噪聲監(jiān)測點分布特點,首先將機場按泛網(wǎng)格數(shù)據(jù)分布特點,以區(qū)域內(nèi)監(jiān)測點密度是否能夠支持直接繪制噪聲等值線為區(qū)域劃分原則,將機場噪聲監(jiān)測區(qū)域進行劃分。隨著區(qū)域劃分的完成,機場噪聲等值線繪制任務也隨之分割成為每個區(qū)域內(nèi)等值線繪制的子任務,建立并行繪制模型。而后,對于不可直接繪制噪聲等值線區(qū)域,利用機場歷史監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)及機場噪聲預測軟件并應用本文提出算法對該區(qū)域內(nèi)噪聲數(shù)據(jù)進行生成,使得各區(qū)域內(nèi)均為網(wǎng)格式的數(shù)據(jù),各區(qū)域內(nèi)應用等值線追蹤算法對網(wǎng)格數(shù)據(jù)進行處理生成等值線追蹤路徑,最后將各區(qū)域內(nèi)等值線追蹤路徑進行連接、擬合,完成對一幅機場噪聲等值線圖的繪制,應用本文彌補數(shù)據(jù)傳輸與動態(tài)繪制之間差異的算法,對機場進行動態(tài)的噪聲等值線繪制。
[Abstract]:In order to realize our country's goal of becoming a strong country of civil aviation, the civil aviation industry of our country has developed rapidly, and the influence of airport noise on the people around is becoming more and more serious. The noise isoline map of the airport can directly show the noise influence of the airport on the adjacent area, and provide the airport management department with the basis for the noise control and land planning of the airport. The dynamic contour map of airport noise can directly reflect the real time noise around the airport and provide the basis for the management department to formulate the noise reduction flight plan. In this paper, firstly, the present situation of airport noise monitoring system is analyzed, and the concept of airport noise monitoring point layout oriented to pan-grid is put forward, and the important function of airport noise monitoring point layout with pan-grid distribution for capital noise monitoring is explained. Then it analyzes the problems caused by airport noise monitoring points with pan-grid layout, and studies and analyzes the visualization literature of airport noise at home and abroad. By combining airport noise prediction with airport noise isoline, a parallel noise contour drawing model of airport noise monitoring points based on pan-grid layout is proposed in this paper. In view of the distribution characteristics of airport noise monitoring points in pan-grid layout, firstly, according to the characteristics of pan-grid data distribution, the regional division principle is whether the density of monitoring points in the region can support the direct drawing of noise isolines. The noise monitoring area of the airport is divided. With the completion of the region division, the airport noise contour drawing task is divided into sub-tasks of isoline drawing in each region, and a parallel rendering model is established. Then, for the noise isoline region that can not be drawn directly, using the airport history monitoring data and airport noise prediction software and applying the algorithm presented in this paper to generate the noise data in the region, the data in each region are grid type. The contour tracing algorithm is used to process the grid data to generate the contour tracing path. Finally, the contour tracing path in each region is connected and fitted to complete the drawing of an airport noise contour map. In this paper, the algorithm of bridging the difference between data transmission and dynamic rendering is used to draw the dynamic noise contour of the airport.
