機(jī)場(chǎng)供油管線X52鋼腐蝕的影響因素

【摘要】:通過(guò)極化曲線和電化學(xué)阻抗譜研究了交流雜散電流、溫度、pH和氯離子含量對(duì)天津機(jī)場(chǎng)供油管線鋼X52鋼腐蝕行為的影響。結(jié)果表明:在交流干擾情況下X52鋼的腐蝕速率要比沒(méi)有干擾情況下更快,且隨著干擾電壓的增大而增大;在15V交流干擾電壓條件下,改變溫度、pH和氯離子含量都會(huì)使X52鋼的腐蝕速率發(fā)生變化,且腐蝕產(chǎn)物不同;此供油管線的最佳保護(hù)電位應(yīng)該在-987~-1 006mV(SCE),且腐蝕控制形式都偏向于陽(yáng)極控制。
[Abstract]:The effects of AC stray current, temperature, pH and chloride content on corrosion behavior of X52 steel were studied by polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results show that the corrosion rate of X52 steel under AC interference is faster than that without interference and increases with the increase of interference voltage. The corrosion rate of X52 steel can be changed by changing the temperature, pH and chloride content, and the corrosion products are different. The optimum protection potential of this oil supply pipeline should be -987 ~ (-1) -006mV (SCE), and the corrosion control form is inclined to anode control.
