【摘要】:復(fù)合材料緊固件連接技術(shù)是復(fù)合材料結(jié)構(gòu)加工制造的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,針對三維編織復(fù)合材料圓柱銷緊固件的剪切性能進行了試驗和有限元數(shù)值模擬分析。試件采用了三維全五向編織工藝進行制備。通過雙剪性能測試得到了三維編織復(fù)合材料圓柱銷的極限承載能力和破壞斷裂形式,采用均勻化方法對圓柱銷試件的宏觀彈性常數(shù)進行了預(yù)測,采用改進后的Tsai-Hill準(zhǔn)則并引入連續(xù)介質(zhì)損傷力學(xué)建立了一套三維編織復(fù)合材料強度分析方法,并根據(jù)該方法對圓柱銷試件在剪切載荷作用下的漸進失效破壞過程進行了有限元分析,計算結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果具有良好的一致性,表明提出的強度分析方法在預(yù)測三維編織復(fù)合材料結(jié)構(gòu)件的宏觀強度性能方面是有效可行的。
[Abstract]:The bonding technology of composite fasteners is one of the key technologies in the fabrication of composite structures. The shear behavior of three-dimensional braided composite cylindrical pins fasteners is tested and analyzed by finite element numerical simulation. Three-dimensional five-dimensional braiding process was used to prepare the specimens. The ultimate bearing capacity and failure fracture form of 3-D braided composite cylindrical pin were obtained by double shear test. The macroscopic elastic constants of cylindrical pin specimens were predicted by homogenization method. Using the improved Tsai-Hill criterion and introducing the damage mechanics of continuous medium, a set of strength analysis method for 3D braided composites is established. According to this method, the progressive failure process of cylindrical pin specimen under shear load is analyzed by finite element method. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The results show that the proposed strength analysis method is effective and feasible in predicting the macroscopic strength properties of 3D braided composite structures.
