【摘要】:三維工藝全信息工序模型貫穿整個三維工藝設(shè)計、制造過程。在三維工藝全信息工序模型的構(gòu)建中,能否對中間工序模型進(jìn)行快速建模直接影響了三維工藝全信息工序模型構(gòu)建的效率。為了提高已有三維工藝設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的適用性,便于對其進(jìn)行推廣應(yīng)用,提供了一種基于刀軌的工序模型生成方案,通過計算刀具沿刀軌運動所成包絡(luò)面來切削毛坯零件,實現(xiàn)仿真切削,形成本步工序模型,并對通過在此工序模型上添加零件幾何信息、工藝信息來構(gòu)建三維工藝全信息工序模型的方法進(jìn)行了探討。通過實例驗證了該理論方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional process information process model runs through the whole three-dimensional process design and manufacturing process. In the construction of 3D process full information process model, whether the intermediate process model can be quickly modeled has a direct impact on the efficiency of 3D process full information process model construction. In order to improve the applicability of the existing 3D process planning system and facilitate its popularization and application, a process model generation scheme based on the tool track is provided, which can be used to cut the blank parts by calculating the envelope surface formed by the tool moving along the tool track. The simulation cutting is realized and the process model of this step is formed. The method of constructing the 3D process model with geometric information and process information is discussed. The feasibility of the method is verified by an example.
